With the continuous development of computer technology in recent years,such as artificial intelligence,big data,blockchain technology,5g technology and so on,these emerging technologies are widely used in various industries,including the shipping industry,and as the hub in the transportation process,the container port has begun to develop in the direction of "smart".At present,ports.at home and abroad have accelerated the construction of "smart port",the purpose of which is to use new technology to improve port operation efficiency and provide customers with better services.In the whole operation chain of container port,the berth and quay bridge are very important,which usually play a decisive role in the time of ship loading and unloading.Therefore,in order to promote the construction of smart port and improve the operation efficiency of port terminal,aiming at the allocation of container terminal berth and quay bridge,this paper designs a set of intelligent scheduling system for container terminal berth by applying group intelligent algorithm,and the main research contents are as follows:First of all,according to a large number of documents of port operation,this paper analyzes the business process of berth and quay bridge scheduling,determines the intelligent algorithm applied by the system according to the characteristics of berth and quay bridge scheduling,and gives the algorithm process of the system to solve the berth and quay bridge scheduling problem.Secondly,the construction objectives,functional requirements and non functional requirements of the berth scheduling system are proposed.According to the construction objectives and functional requirements of the system,the system is designed in detail,including the system architecture design,functional module design and database design.In the design of the system function module,the system is divided into three functional modules,which are berth planning management module,tide display module and ship operation monitoring module.Thirdly,the bat algorithm in the swarm intelligence algorithm is used as the algorithm to solve the key problems of the system,and the berth and quay bridge scheduling problems are calculated twice,with the shortest time of ships in port and the least number of Quay bridge movements as the goal.Finally,the interface design of the berth intelligent scheduling system is carried out.The system is implemented by C++programming language,and three groups of data are input to test the system.The test results show that the system has achieved the construction goals and user needs.
