| In the 21 st century,the main treatments for tumors are still surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Radiotherapy and surgery are both local treatments,which play a very important role in the treatment of tumors.Varian IX medical electron linear accelerator is a two-photon ray high-energy machine,which is commonly used equipment for tumor radiotherapy.It has various characteristics including large system,complex structure,high precision,and expensive equipment.Therefore,correct repair ?maintenance and use are essential to the good operation of the accelerator.Medical units in the operation management and use of,the accelerator require high stability in terms of mechanical accuracy and dose accuracy.In terms of machine maintenance and repair,the medical linear accelerator has its own interlocking warning function,which greatly guarantees safe for the patient.At the same time,due to the complexity of its structure and principle,the machine has frequent failures if used for a long time and frequently,which greatly reduces the treatment efficiency and affects the treatment of tumor patients.In order to keep the accelerator running in high precision state,this paper gives a set of feasible operation management methods and accelerator emergency maintenance solutions for the typical problems of accelerators in the course of radiotherapy.When the machine fails,it can quickly analyze the failure phenomenon.Through the systematic analysis of this article,you can clearly understand the basic performance of the Varian IX accelerator.When the accelerator encounters similar problems during operation,the engineer can refer to the maintenance cases and typical faults in this article,interlocking emergency elimination method,combining with related drawings and principles to locate and repair faults quickly to reduce the interrupt time of patient treatment,ensure the effective operation of the machine and improve work efficiency,so as to bring convenience to daily maintenance work. |
