In the daily operation of the container terminal,the operation time of ship in the port is a significant indicator to measure the efficiency of the container terminal's operation.Channel,berth and quay crane are the seaside operations resource of the container terminal that directly serve the container ship.How to reasonably scheduling the exiting seaside resource and research the impact of each seaside resource configuration on the ship's operation become crucial.From the perspective of the daily operation of the container terminal,this paper studies the scheduling of seaside resource for container ship and the impact of seaside resource configuration of container terminal.This paper solve the ship scheduling plan by establishing a joint scheduling model and designing a heuristic algorithm and design simulation experiment with the ship scheduling plan as the logic of the simulation to research the relationship between the seaside operation resource configuration and the total time of in-port ship.The content of the paper are as follows:The first part is an overview of the development of container terminals,the current research status of domestic and international scholar for the problem of seaside operation resource,and the composition of seaside operation resources and the introduction of operation process.It provides an academic basic for the paper.The second part is to analysis the joint scheduling of seaside operation resources.Taking the minimum time of ship in port as the objective function,a joint scheduling model of berth and quay crane under the constraint of one-way channel is constructed.The improvement of genetic algorithm is designed to solve the ship scheduling scheme,and the example is created to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.The third part is to design the simulation experiment to research the problem of seaside operation resource configuration.The ship scheduling plan calculated by algorithm is used as the core logic of the simulation and the ship in port operation process is used as the simulation process.The simulation is to study the impact of each seaside resource for the ship in-port time and the best configuration of the seaside operation resources under the current law of the ship arriving at the port.The innovation of the paper lies in the following aspects:the paper study the seaside operation resource scheduling issues involved in the entire process from the arriving time of the ships to the leaving time of the ship,making up the study of the influence of the channel on the ship's time and on berth and quay crane allocation;An improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the ship scheduling scheme,a penalty factor is introduced in the fitness function,and adaptive crossover and mutation probability are set to ensure the diversity of the individual population and improve the convergence speed;through simulation experiments to study the impact of different seaside operation resources on the ship's time in port,it has certain reference significance for the rational optimization of the terminal's seaside operation resources.
