Brushless DC motor(Brushless Direct Current Motor,BLDCM)has become a hot choice in recent years because of its advantages of no waste,almost no sound,simple structure and long service life.However,in the vast majority of applications of motor,people will still choose the brush motor with Hall sensors.However,the brushless motor with a HALL sensor that can detect the rotor position makes the motor cost and failure rate high.Therefore,it is very important to study the BLDCM of sensorless hall to solve motor efficiency,use time and reduce cost.A position sensorless brushless DC motor starting control system is designed and studied.The main control chip is DSP..At the beginning,the BLDCM including its basic composition,driving principle,control principle and operation characteristics of a more detailed and in-depth study,so as to build a brushless DC motor mathematical model.On the basis of detecting rotor position by anti-EMF method,the starting control mode of this control system is three-stage starting method.Through the previous theoretical research,this paper designs the hardware circuit of the system,at the same time,the program of the hardware chip is written,in which the welded hardware circuit consists of four parts: position detection mode,driver module,power module,power module;the software flow is also composed of four parts,including main program,interrupt subroutine,back EMF zero detection program,system protection subroutine.then,the simulation model of the control system is constructed using the MATLAB,and the reliability of the model is verified by setting the initial parameters to observe the waveform.Finally,a physical platform is built for the BLDCM start control experiment,and the experimental results are recorded and analyzed.By analyzing the results,the controllable accuracy,reliability and feasibility of the position-free sensor BLDCM control system designed in this paper are verified,which can meet the requirements of practical application and lay a solid foundation for the further development of brushless DC motor.
