The signal output by the detector of the core measurement system of the pool type sodium-cooled fast reactor is very weak, and it is susceptible to electromagnetic interference in the environment during the signal transmission and amplification; It is complicated and aggravates the electromagnetic interference received by the measurement system of the core of the cell.In view of the serious electromagnetic interference phenomenon that occurred in the debugging process of the core system of the pool type sodium-cooled fast reactor, this article will carry out the quantitative anti-interference effect of the nuclear measurement system signal transmission cable and the grounding system through the combination of CST simulation and experimental research The research will provide a reference for the design of nuclear measurement systems and the solution of electromagnetic interference in the future. The main research content includes the following parts:Starting from the electromagnetic interference phenomenon on the spot of the core measurement system of the pool-type sodium-cooled fast reactor, combined with the principle and structural characteristics of the nuclear measurement system, the source of the electromagnetic interference of the core measurement system of the pool is studied, andmeasures to suppress the electromagnetic interference are proposed.Four different types of cable models were established in the CST cable working room, the anti-electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic radiation capabilities of the four cables were studied, and the effects of different cable laying methods on suppressing electromagnetic interference were analyzed. The results show that the anti-interference performance of the double-shielded cable is the best. When laying the cable, the distance between the cables should be increased as much as possible,to avoid laying the cables in parallel and laying as close to the ground as possible.Through the working characteristics of the fission ionization chamber, the experimental method for quantitative analysis of the effect of anti-interference measures was determined;the anti-interference effect of increasing the distance between the power cable and the signal transmission cable and reducing the parallel length of the two was studied using the power cable as the interference source;A set of grounding system, using this system to study the anti-electromagnetic interference effect of single-ended grounding and double-ended grounding of the signal transmission cable shield layer;by adding a grounded stainless steel tube as a shield to the signal transmission cable, the shielding measures against interference were studied Effect of effect. The results show that increasing the cable spacing and reducing the parallel lengthcan effectively reduce the electromagnetic interference received by the transmission cable, which is consistent with the results of the CST simulation;when the power cable is used as the interference source, the single-ended grounding of the signal transmission cable is better than the double-ended grounding,Single-end grounding is suitable for occasions where the frequency of the interference source is low;adding a grounded stainless steel tube as a shield can significantly improve the electromagnetic interference resistance of the transmission cable.
