The two-dimensional(2D)trajectory correction projectile is a low cost guided weapon,Geomagnetic infonnation is widely used to estiaatte the posture of the projectile in real time.The magnetic filed introduced by the high speed generator and the spinning canards during the work of the correction component of the projectile have a large effect on the precision of tihe geomagnetic measurement.At the same time,considering about the constraint of the structure,the magnetic sensors can be moved away from the noise source which makes it a challenge to obtain a stable geomagnetic signals.In order to obtain a stable geoDmagnetic signal,and prepare for trajectory posture estimation,it is necessary to carry out a research on the magnetic shielding technology under the special structure of the 2D correction component.In this paper,the law of the magnetic interference and the technology for magnetic shielding are carried out under the specific structure of the correction component.Based on the Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic simulation platform,a simulation model of shielding components is constructed.Two key points which are the direction of the rotating axis and the cavity of the correction component are considered in the simulation.The effect of the shielding component with different materials,thickness,permeability and conductivity are analyzed during the simulation.Futhernore,the optimal combinations of different material is leant.The simulation results show that a proper combination of different material can achieve a better magnetic shielding effect than a single mate:rial,which has a certain significance on the design of the shielding structure.Other than the design of a shielding component,a filter circuit is designed to further reduce the inference of the magnetic noise.Finally,an experiment is conducted to verify the magnetic shielding technologies proposed.The results show that the shielding technology can achieve a good effect in anti strong magnetic field noise in the trajectory correction projectile magnetic measurement system,and the output can be used for further estimating the posture of the projectile.
