Study On The Active Prevention And Control Of Traffic Congestion In The Construction Section Of Haitian Avenue

With the rapid development of the city,the urban roads are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the traffic travelers,the urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious,the travel cost is also getting higher and higher,the traffic accidents are becoming more frequent,and the traffic efficiency is dropping rapidly.From the perspective of urban development,traffic congestion has many adverse consequences:waste of energy,air pollution,noise and so on.To solve traffic congestion,we can start with many conveniences,and take corresponding solutions according to the local road development.Taking a traffic fortress in Zhoushan City as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the traffic congestion under the large-scale construction of Haitian Avenue from two aspects of active prevention and control and rapid dredging.According to the type of construction project of Haitian Avenue and the traffic characteristics of the city affected by road occupation.Firstly,the influencing factors of road capacity of large-scale construction sections are analyzed and three traffic impact areas are divided,and different prevention and control measures and solutions are taken for different areas.Secondly,when we start from the traffic signal control,we need to study and analyze the signal control strategy,timing optimization and other strategies.Finally,the active prevention and control strategy and rapid dredging scheme proposed in this paper are clarified,and the Haitian Avenue area in Dinghai District of Zhoushan City is taken as an example for simulation simulation.According to the real-time observation results of simulation operation and different control schemes of active prevention and control and rapid dredging of traffic congestion in large-scale construction sections,the traffic congestion in large-scale construction sections is alleviated.
