As a shipping country,China is rich in marine resources. In recent years, with the rapid development of maritime trade, coupled with China's increased efforts to develop marine resources, the marine traffic in some sea areas is very busy, which undoubtedly increases the risk factors of marine navigation ships, and marine traffic accidents also occur from time to time. When the target falls into the water,it drifts in the seawater without power,so sea search is the only way to find survivors.Due to the low temperature of seawater and the limited survival time of the target in seawater, the search plan should be fast and reasonable. Therefore, this paper studies on the key issue involved in the decision-making phase.of the offshore search in the development of the search plan-the cooperative scheduling method for offshore search ships. When the search area including the target is determined,it is necessary to consider dispatching the search vessel to search the search area.In order to reduce the difficulty of coordination and make the search task of the search ship more clear, the search area is divided into multiple search sub-areas according to the probability distribution of the target, and the probability of the target in each sub-area is studied to determine the sub-probabilities of different probabilities. The priority of regional calls for high-quality search ships. After considering the search coverage capabilities of each search ship, the shortest straight line distance from each sub-region,the maximum speed, etc.,on the premise of meeting the priority of different sub-regions to call for high-quality search resources,a search based on each sub-region is constructed The mathematical model with the minimum completion time as the goal, and an optimized method for collaborative search of marine search ships including ship selection and search task assignment are proposed. An improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem, and an application case is adopted to obtain the cooperative scheduling scheme for offshore search ships.Based on different risk preferences of decision makers, the corresponding ship scheduling scheme is solved, and the search completion time of each sub-region is given. In order to further improve the search efficiency, the original ship scheduling scheme was improved. The conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)The coordinated scheduling method of marine search ships can meet the priority of different search sub-regions to call high-quality search resources, that is,high-quality search ships carry out key searches for search sub-regions with high probability, and there is a time for the search to end The shortest;the search completion time of the sub-region with low probability is relatively long(2)According to the risk preference of the decision maker, the search completion time of each sub-region corresponding to different ship scheduling schemes is inversely related to the probability of the target in each sub-region.The difference between the conservative ship scheduling scheme and the adventurous ship scheduling scheme is mainly reflected in that the former search task has a shorter end time, and the latter sub-area with higher probability in the latter ship scheduling scheme is searched to complete in a shorter time.(3)Comparative analysis of the experimental results before and after the improvement. The results show that the improved ship scheduling 'scheme can improve the search efficiency and shorten the completion time of the search task;at the same time,it can also save the total cost of the search and reduce the investment of the search ship Increasing the utilization rate of investing in search ships, and providing reference for relevant departments to formulate search ship dispatching plans.
