With more and more frequent economic exchanges between regions,the water transport industry develops rapidly relying on its advantages of low cost and large cargo capacity.The traffic volume of ship locks has increased significantly,and the ship locks are overloaded.The resulting problem is that the reversed tainter valve of the lock is constantly impacted by the water flow during filling and discharging,resulting in shaking,which makes the arc panel collide with the dam body or water stop,causing the reversed tainter valve to be damaged and increasing the hidden danger of safe operation of the lock.Reversed tainter valve is in the deep water full of impurities,so it is difficult to monitor.At present,it is mainly to check the problems of the arc gate by means of regular maintenance.However,regular maintenance can not deal with the early failure in time,which is easy to cause secondary damage to the relevant components.Therefore,it is urgent to take effective monitoring means to monitor and evaluate the operation status of the arc gate.This paper takes the reversed tainter valve on the right side of Gezhouba 3#ship lock as the research object,analyzes its basic structure and common operating faults,clarifies the monitoring requirements of the operating state of the reversed tainter valve,proposes to directly locate the current operating position of the reversed tainter valve based on the operation angle information,analyzes the corresponding health status combined with the vibration signal of the arcing gate,and finally constructs the operation status monitoring system of the arcing gate.This is of great significance to improve the intelligent monitoring system of the lock and ensure the navigation safety of the lock.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Realize the reversed tainter valve data acquisition system:Use ANSYS software to construct the finite element model of the reversed tainter valve,and obtain the vibration modes and displacement-frequency curves of the reversed tainter valve through the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis.According to the comparison of the vibration mode and the curve amplitude,the vibration sensor is set up in the sensitive part of the vibration change.Based on this,the vibration and angle data acquisition system is built,and the real and reliable data acquisition is proved by the anhydrous operation experiment.(2)Based on wavelet correlation theory to preprocess vibration signal:Mainly through the improved wavelet threshold denoising method to remove the interference components in the signal,and compared with the extended Kalman filter,hard threshold denoising and soft threshold denoising,it is proved that the improved wavelet threshold has better denoising effect.Secondly,the vibration signal is decomposed by wavelet packet to highlight the state characteristics of the reversed tainter valve.(3)Fuzzy c-means clustering is applied to the reversed tainter valve running health state recognition algorithm:Firstly,construct the state recognition feature set from the time domain,frequency domain,time frequency domain,and then reduce the feature set dimension by principal component analysis Number,construct five feature recognition principal components as cluster input.The experimental results show that the improved fuzzy c-means clustering not only has a high recognition accuracy,but also has a significant improvement in computational performance.(4)Construction of the operation monitoring system of the reversed tainter valve:Based on LabView software platform,the upper computer monitoring software is designed,and the modular programming idea is used to realize data collection and saving,operation position monitoring,data preprocessing,status monitoring and identification,and final result saving and feedback.The feasibility of the operation monitoring system of the reversed tainter valve is proved by testing the connection with the data acquisition device.
