As an important horizontal load-bearing member in the building structure,the floor cover,combined with the vertical load-bearing structure,constitutes the spatial load-bearing skeleton of the building,and jointly resists the various loads carried by the structure.Therefore,reasonable selection of floor types and layout schemes is particularly important to improve the applicability and economy of buildings.As a new type of structural design technology,the combined plastic mold box cast-in-place concrete hollow floor cover technology not only has cast-in-place concrete hollow slab,cast-in-place hollow web floor cover,mold box multi-ribbed beam floor cover and cast-in-place laminated box net beam floor The technical advantages of the cover also have the advantages of good integrity,strong waterproofness,good durability of concrete,sound insulation,heat insulation,and heat preservation.The cast-in-situ hollow floor technology of the combined plastic mold box,while updating the traditional design concept,has also broken through the existing technical development bottleneck,and has been widely recognized in the industry and widely used.This paper introduces the classification and characteristics of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor,expounds the research progress of the composite plastic mold box concrete hollow floor structure at home and abroad,and clarifies the characteristics and design points of the combined plastic mold box cast-in-place concrete hollow floor.,Construction technology,construction difficulties,quality control measures and scope of application.In this paper,based on specific practical projects,theoretical calculation analysis of the four types of combined plastic mold box cast-in-place concrete hollow floor anti-floating technology schemes(P1 ~ P4)was carried out.From the theoretical calculation,it can be seen that the scheme P4 meets the combined plastic mold box cast-in-place concrete hollow building Cover anti-floating calculation requirements.In order to reduce the construction cost,three optimization schemes(P5~P7)were proposed based on the scheme P4 and the optimal solution was determined.Based on this,ABAQUS was used to carry out refined finite element analysis and calculation ofthe anti-floating technology scheme(PF1~PF5)of the cast-in-place concrete hollow floor of the combined plastic mold box.The finite element calculation results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results.It shows that the optimization plan of the anti-floating technology of the cast-in-place concrete hollow floor of the combined plastic mold box is reliable and reasonable,and the feasibility of the optimized anti-floating measures is verified.For the existing combined plastic mold box cast-in-place concrete hollow floor construction plan is not targeted,the implementation of the site is not high and other issues.Combined with the Weihai Duoshan Yipin Yayuan Phase IV project,the construction method of the combined plastic mold box concrete hollow floor structure was studied and summarized,and the technical measures for the control of the floating of the plastic mold box were further optimized under the control of the construction cost.While solving the rise of the plastic mold box,the construction period has been shortened,the economic and social benefits have been improved,and it has been widely praised and applied in the industry.This has important practical significance for the development of the composite plastic mold box cast-in-place concrete hollow floor structure..
