Research On The Improvement And Transformation Of The Old Park Based On The Construction Of The Boutique City

City parks are an important part of the urban green space system,an important carrier of people's material life and spiritual civilization,and have multiple functions such as society,ecology and culture.With the development of the city and the progress of the times,on the one hand,the construction of boutique cities has put forward higher requirements for park landscapes;on the other hand,many old parks have highlighted problems in their own development process,and are increasingly unable to meet the needs of today's society Demand.However,if these old parks are simply used to “demolition the old and build the new”,it will not only cause a waste of material resources,but also lead to the loss of the mark of the times and the memory of the city.Therefore,it is urgent to discuss the strategies and methods for upgrading and rebuilding the landscape of the old urban parks under the new situation of boutique city construction.This article analyzes the cases of the reconstruction of old parks at domestic and abroad,comprehensively uses research methods such as investigation and research methods and inductive summary methods,combines theory with practice,analyzes and discusses the higher requirements for the quality of urban gardens in the construction of boutique cities.The system requirements for improving the quality of urban old parks are put forward.The research results are as follows:(1)In the context of the construction of boutique cities,the problems of the overall appearance of the old parks in China's cities,the lack of characteristic culture,the backwardness of urban development,and the decline in the quality of landscape elements are analyzed.If the old park adopts emergency or fragmentary landscape improvement,it will deepen the contradictions within the park.Aiming at the new demand for park landscape and functions,such as the development of boutique cities,the change in the needs of citizens,and the advancement of science and technology,it is necessary to explore the theories and strategies for upgrading and rebuilding the old park landscape in cities.(2)The system requirements for the quality of urban gardens are discussed in the quality city construction standards.Guide the reform and design of the old park with the standards of boutique city construction.It is proposed that the upgrading and construction of the old park should follow the five design principles of people-oriented,protective,characteristic,ecological and refined.It summarizes the four transformation methods of preservation,maintenance,promotion,and reconstruction,as well as the system transformation strategies for the functions,infrastructure,and service facilities of the old park.In the transformation,a dialectical method is used to solve the problems of “inheritance” and “development” and realize reasonable utilization under the premise of protection.(3)Selecting the characteristic and representative Hefei Ring Parks as a typical case,comprehensively applying the principles,methods of upgrading and rebuilding the old park as described above,using modern landscape design techniques on the basis of grasping the historical context of the city's Ring Parks renovate and upgrade the architectural sketches,service facilities,paving,and greening of the park,and finally complete the transformation plan to enhance the park's landscape level.The aim is to provide reference for the improvement of old parks in the future.
