Construction Strategy Of Human Settlement Environment In Culture Travel Small Town Of Xukou,Hangzhou In The Perspective Of "Demand-Adaptation"

China's long-term urban-rural dual development structure has formed small towns with both urban and rural characteristics and problems.In the new-type urbanization and urban-rural integration development,small towns play an important role.Looking at the construction and development of small towns in recent years,there are some who are pursuing the footsteps of large cities,blindly copying others,and unable to pinpoint the stagnation of others.The development of small towns urgently needs appropriate construction guidance.Since the concept of all-for-one tourism was proposed in 2015,the proportion of small towns in cultural tourism has exceeded half,and Zhejiang,as a densely populated small town,is facing the dilemma of serious homogeneous competition in small towns.It can be seen that it is imminent to formulate an appropriate construction strategy for human settlements in culture travel small towns.This article takes the development of culture travel small cities and towns as a starting point,selects Xukou in Hangzhou as an empirical research object,and attempts to explore the human settlement environment construction strategy of culture travel small towns in the contemporary background.Through basic research and literature reading,clarify the important position of small towns in the context of all-for-one tourism and the current development misunderstandings,comb through the theoretical foundations and interrelationships of small towns 'human settlements,regional contexts,and experiencing complex adaptation systems to form" Research framework and method of demand-adaptation system.Research relevant domestic and foreign success stories and summarize the development experience of "industry+tourism" and "past+present".Based on the analysis and interpretation of the human settlement environment status and problems of Xukou Town,using the basic construction principles of dialectical system,locality,comparative advantage,etc.,we will formulate a multi-dimensional perspective and a role system with proper role conversion,and study comparative advantages.The experience attraction subsystem that inherits the local context,the dynamic adjustment and configuration,the optimization of the experience service facility subsystem of the global scenic spot,and the external environment system of dynamic identification adjustment and interactive feedback guidance,etc.Apply it to the specific planning and design of Xukou Town.Through the transformation of the five-in-one,integrated development of the main system,the inheritance of the context,the creation of real experience attractions,the dynamic adjustment and improvement of the quality of service facilities,and the adaptation of the external environment to adapt to the situation and advance with the times,comprehensively improve the living environment of Xukou TownThis study puts forward a "demand-adaptation" system in the construction of human settlements in cultural tourism towns,formulates corresponding construction strategies,and applies them to Xukou Town,Hangzhou City.It is an active attempt to build cultural tourism towns.It is hoped that there will be more studies on different types of small towns in the future to better guide urban and rural construction.
