Research On The Tourism Overall Plan Of The Renowned Historical And Cultural Towns Based On The Protection Of Core Value Elements

In the trend of booming tourism, Renowned historical and cultural towns become the tourist destination favored by more and more tourists. However, the disordered development of tourism is imposing an irreversible impact on such towns. Considering the core tourism resources of the Renowned historical and cultural towns is also the focus of protecting, this paper selected the the tourism overall plan of the renowned historical and cultural towns based on the protection of core value elements as the studying subject, for the purpose of achieving a win-win of tourism development and heritage protection.Firstly, the current situation of the protection and tourism development of the Renowned historical and cultural towns were analyzed. The relationship between core values of the Renowned historical and cultural towns and tourism development and the practical problems were analyzed, and clarified the necessity of establishing the Renowned historical and cultural towns tourism overall plan. From the analysis of laws and regulations, the technical specifications of the existing the Renowned historical and cultural towns conservation plan and tourism plan, this paper illustrated the coordination and integration the relationship between conservation plan, master plan and tourism plan. Then, the Renowned historical and cultural towns tourism resource classification system was summarized. Combining value characteristics of tourism resources and influencing factors, this paper used AHP to construct tourism Resource Evaluation Index System of the Renowned historical and cultural towns. Based on the results, the core value of tourism resources is used as the Renowned historical and cultural towns tourism overall plan of conservation and development focus. Through analyzing conservation plan and tourism plan, the planning framework and path guidance of the Renowned historical and cultural towns tourism overall plan which coordinated conservation plan and tourism plan is constructed. Finally, the proposed resources evaluation system, tourism overall plan framework and path guidelines is applied to the edition of tourism overall plan of the Maotanchang, which is a Renowned historical and cultural towns, and strategies and recommendations for its tourism overall plan is prepared and proposed.At the end of the paper, the main conclusions of this research and the study of existing problems is described, and the direction for further research is also pointed out.
