Research On The Fuel Display System Of Automobile LCD Instrument

Automobile LCD(liquid crystal display)instruments are the landmark product of digital instrument.Compare to the pointer type fuel gauge driven by the step motor,graphical oil amount display instruments can improve the accuracy and precision of the fuel gauge display to a certain extent.At the same time,they can also meet the requirements of fuel display variegated.This paper took a kind of vehicle LCD meter as the research object and studied on the automobile LCD instrument system of the fuel meter according to the research route of oil signal acquisition and processing,the oil amount display strategy and test verification.The main content is divided into the following 3 aspects.1)In the process of oil amount data acquisition,the influence of two kinds of A/D sampling circuit on A/D sampling process is analyzed,and based on the A/D transformation theory,the A/D conversion process is analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the MCU common filter methods were used for contrast,and a sliding average filtering algorithm for digital signal processing was used on the base of the MCU practical application,and compared the effect before and after the filter.2)In study of the oil amount display method,according to the standard of fuel meter and driver's operating habits,a strategy of oil amount display was designed,which included the oil amount signal fault handling strategy,the judgment of the oil amount ignition switch strategy,the oil amount display time response strategy,refueling and reduction of the oil strategy and the oil amount display output strategy,and then the output of the processed results was displayed on the LCD screen.3)The simulation and the real of the instrument vehicle test were carried out,and the test results were analyzed.The test results show that the oil amount graphical display strategy can solve the problem of insufficient accurate and the inaccuracy of oil amount display to some extent,and meet the development requirements of automotive fuel LCD instruments display,provide reference for oil amount display of other LCD instruments.
