Abstract/Summary:
This paper takes the development of Analytical Instruments as background,the purpose is to improve the ability of self-test of the analytical instruments,and it researches into the common use in the analytical instruments.With the rapid development of computer technology and large-scale integrated circuits widely used in instruments,they largely improve their own performance.In the while,they also greatly increase the complexity of the system. This has brought many problems to the self-test of the instruments,such as,the self-test need long time now, the diagnosis becomes more and more difficult,the maintenance costs highly, so the self-test of the instruments attracted people's attention gradually. The main purpose of self-test is to improve the system's reliability,and the reliability can measure a product's quality.With the development of the technology, in some high-tech areas, especially in defense, aerospace, reliability is getting more and more attention. Such as the former Soviet Union's Chernobyl nuclear power plant leak, the U.S. Challenger space shuttle and other events are not reliable, so that we become increasingly aware of the importance of the product's reliability. According to the theory of philosophy, when you solve a problem ,you must grasp the principal contradiction. Therefore, in order to improve the reliability of the system we must improve the system's self-test capability. Since the 20th century, the self-test techniques had a rapid development in foreign countries, the researchers carried out a large number of system's tests and diagnostic studies,self-test gradually formed one disciplines branch with the reliability, maintainability. For various reasons, our country's research on self-test technology started relatively late, but it developed rapidly.And in a word, our level of self-test technology have a large gap with the developed countries, but as our country's importance to the self-test technology, we will gradually stand at a same level with other developed countrys.Now,the papers'research on self-test technology mainly on a certain instrument's module,such as RAM,ROM,input and output channels.And many papers are only theorys,they did not be applied in practice,and they also did not research on an instrument for each of the major modules completely. This paper is unique, it want to study the various modules of the analytical instrument and want to make the study of the self-test's methodology applied in the instrument. The purpose is to make the theory connect with practice, so that equipment can have a timely, rapid and accurate fault detection. The mission is to improve the reliability and security, reduce the time for fault detection and isolation,therefor reduce the maintenance's time and improve the the system's availability, and reduce the use of the system maintenance costs. This paper is a major breakthrough of the self-test and self-diagnosis,it has certain guiding rore in research on self-test and self-diagnosis in the furture.Therefore, this paper has very important value.
