| Industry is an important representation of a country’s overall national strength,which is based on the development of engineering.As the participants and agents of Chinese national industry,the full-time professional masters will certainly take on great responsibility and play an important role therein.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to cultivate composite engineering professionals who meet the needs of enterprises and have strong practical ability.This thesis takes the cultivation of master’s engineering practical ability as the research theme,combines qualitative and quantitative research methods,and uses data analysis software such as literature analysis,questionnaire interviews,SPSS,and Python to take the six major engineering masters of E University as the main survey objects,combining enterprises The survey interviews of the supervisors analyzed the difficulties encountered in the practical ability training of the master of engineering.From the perspective of competency-based education,we conduct investigations and interviews to build an evaluation index system for the practical ability training of engineering masters.Through the questionnaire survey of the degree of importance of the evaluation index system to the internal and external tutors of the Master of Engineering,the weights of the indicators of the evaluation system for the cultivation of the practical ability of the Master of Engineering were obtained.First of all,based on the perspective of competence standard,the concepts and constituent elements of the master’s practical ability of engineering were combed.Starting from the master’s practical ability should include professional core competence and basic social competence,this article summarized the current status of engineering talent training in Chinese and foreign universities,and analyzed the practical ability of the master of engineering in China The state of cultivation.Secondly,the E-University Master of Engineering and corporate mentors are the survey objects,and the current situation of the cultivation of the master’s practical ability of engineering is studied from five aspects:curriculum construction,faculty,practice base,graduation design and ability improvement.Finally,combined with the status of Chinese and foreign engineering talents’ practical ability cultivation,the survey and feedback of engineering master’s degree and engineering mentor’s feedback on engineering practice ability cultivation,the data envelopment analysis DEA comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the evaluation system of engineering master’s practice ability cultivation.The tutors inside and outside the university’s master’s degree in engineering were investigated,and SPSS and Python software were used to calculate the weight distribution of the evaluation system.The research results showed that the cultivation of the engineering master’s practical ability should focus on the students’ professional literacy,communication and communication ability,and lifelong learning ability.According to the evaluation index system,the cultivation of the engineering master’s practical ability is based on the six dimensions of curriculum construction,faculty,practice base,practical results,ability improvement,and graduation design are proposed for improvement,that is:improve the teaching enthusiasm of corporate mentors,strengthen the management of the engineering master’s practice links,scientifically evaluate the practical results of the engineering master’s,and strengthen the connection between graduation design and engineering practice.Schools,enterprises and governments should pay more attention to the cultivation of engineering master’s practical ability Investment,tripartite cooperation can improve the recognition of the master of engineering and social competitiveness. |
