In twenty-first century,the economy,politics and culture of various countries have achieved rapid development,especially the rapid development of science and technology,showing a large demand for engineering talent.All countries follow the trend of social development,actively adjust the mode of talent training and the goal to improve their competitiveness.With the rapid development of economy,the demand for high level talents,such as talents with the ability of innovation,practice,application and so on,is increasing rapidly.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the practical teaching mode for the full time engineering master's practical ability training,and become the proper meaning of this study.This paper mainly focuses on the basis theories of the practice teaching mode,the current domestic situation of our country,the present situation and experience of foreign engineering master's practice teaching mode.It starts with the introduction in which the research background,significance,methods,literature review,core concepts are mainly analyzed for the further research.The second part focuses on the basic theories of practice teaching mode including "Triple Helix Model",“Constructivism learning theory”,”CDIO education theory”,to analyze the main elements and factors affecting the construction of full time master of engineering practice and reveal the way to construct the practical teaching mode.The third part is to analyze the current status of the practice teaching mode,including the current practice teaching mode of our country,the present situation and experience of foreign engineering master's practice teaching mode,exploring ways to build a practical teaching mode.The fourth mainly analyzes the case of T University full time engineering practice teaching mode.Through the questionnaire survey,analysis of the current situation of the T University full-time Master of engineering practice teaching mode,this part summarizes the existing problems and the causes,and explores new ways of constructing the practice teaching mode.Based on the "Triple Helix Model",“Constructivism learning theory”,”CDIO education theory” and the experience of engineering practice,the paper builds the practice teaching mode of "four stages of government,university and enterprise coupling",including perception stage,study stage,intensive stage and mature stage.
