| In the study of the the rotary vane seals(hereinafter referred to as the RVAs),how to improve its sealing performance correctly and rationally has always been a technical difficulty. In terms of the design of the pre-compression ratio of the RVAs,most of the researches are basically guided by experience, lacking a certain degree of scientificity, and lacking theoretical support, which brings great inconvenience to the design of the RVA.Therefore, through the study of the RVA sealing system,a model of the influence of the pre-compression rate on the sealing performance of the RVA is established, and the relationship between the pre-compression rate and the transmission efficiency of the RVA is obtained in this paper. The influence of RVA sealing performance. This research is of great significance for the design of RVAs,and to improve its sealing performance and extend its service life. The paper will conduct research in the following aspects:(1)Study the factors that affect the pre-compression rate of sealing materials.(2)Establish a mathematical model of the pre-compression ratio and contact pressure of the vane seal and end face seal, perform theoretical calculations, and use ABAQUS software for simulation analysis to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.(3)According to the numerical relationship between the pre-compression ratio of the end face seal and the vane seal and the transmission efficiency, regression analysis was performed using MATLAB software to obtain the regression equation.(4)Using the regression equation as a guide, use the existing RVA design experiments to verify the correctness of the regression equation. |
