With the rapid development of the modern economy,the demand for energy is increasing,and motors are an indispensable part of the conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy,which plays an important role in the development of economic society.Therefore,low-energy and high-efficiency motors can save energy and Promoting social development plays a vital role.In the "Made in China 2025" strategy,the industrial upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry is also a very important part.Low-speed high-torque direct-drive motors have very broad application prospects in the fields of industrial production,oil field mining,wind power generation,port lifting,and ship propulsion,because they eliminate the need for reduction gears and reduce the overall volume of the system.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation project,this paper proposes a double-stator low-speed direct-drive synchronous motor with a new hybrid rotor in order to make full use of the large internal space of the low-speed high-torque direct-drive motor and improve its torque density.Topology and research work on the electromagnetic design and analysis of this type of motor,mainly including the following:First of all,by referring to relevant literature,it summarizes the domestic and foreign research results of low-speed high-torque direct-drive motors,and points out its current problems and deficiencies.On this basis,a double-stator low-speed synchronous motor structure with a hybrid rotor is proposed,and the working principle and energy flow relationship of this motor are deeply studied.Secondly,based on the design methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor,synchronous reluctance motor and double stator motor,considering the special structure of the new motor proposed in this paper,the design process for this kind of hybrid rotor double-stator low-speed synchronous motor is proposed.The electromagnetic design of a 50 kW single hybrid rotor double-stator low-speed synchronous motor mainly includes the power distribution of the inner and outer unit motors,the determination of the main size of the motor,the pole slot matching of the inner and outer unit motors,and the comparison of multiple parameters of the hybridrotor.Finally,the designed electromagnetic scheme is analyzed to verify its rationality.Ansoft Maxwell software was used to establish the finite element model of this motor,and the back electromotive force,magnetic density cloud and magnetic force lines of the motor were analyzed.Fourier decomposition is performed on the air gap magnetic density of the inner and outer unit motors to obtain the harmonic content.Analyze the loss of each part of the motor,give the efficiency calculation formula,and find the motor efficiency according to the simulation results.
