| Switched reluctance motor(SRM)is widely used in various speed control operation occasions such as mining,textile and automobile due to its simple structure and excellent speed regulation performance.However,the special characteristics of SRM structure and inductance nonlinearity lead to significant torque pulsation during rotation,thus limiting the further promotion of the motor in other fields.Therefore,reducing and suppressing the pulsating torque has become the focus of the research in the motor system.In this thesis,the following research has been conducted on suppressing SRM torque ripple by starting with the optimization of the motor itself:First,on the basis of introducing the working principles,the mathematical model and the conventional control method of SRM,the three-phase 12/8 switched reluctance motor was modeled and the simulation research of torque characteristics under the basic control method was carried out through MAXWELL 2D and Simplorer in the ANSYS platform.Through the establishment of a three-phase 12/8 switched reluctance motor pulsating torque measurement experimental platform,the experimental research on the pulsating torque characteristics of SRM was carried out,and the sinusoidal similarity characteristics of the pulsating torque characteristics of the switched reluctance motor were found.Second,based on the sine similarity of the pulsating torque of SRM,two types of switched reluctance motors with low pulsating torque based on the principle of peakvalley complementarity were proposed: dual-stator and rotor-switched reluctance motors and single-stator and rotor-switched reluctance motors.A three-phase 4-pole low-pulsation torque switched reluctance motor prototype system with 12/8 stator and rotor teeth was developed,and a corresponding characteristic test experimental platform was built to suppress the pulsating torque of the switched reluctance motor system.The effect of suppressing pulsating torque of the switched reluctance motor system was experimentally studied,and the effectiveness of the two structures of low pulsating torque switched reluctance motor systems in suppressing pulsating torque was proved.Third,on the ANSYS platform,through the combination of MAXWELL 2D and Simplore,the torque characteristics of the switched reluctance motor under the threephase double-three-beat operating state were simulated and studied;and the three-phase double-three-beat was tested on the corresponding experimental platform.Experimental research on the torque characteristics of switched reluctance motors under operating conditions revealed the fact that switched reluctance motors can effectively reduce the pulsating torque component in the output torque under the control mode of three-phase double three-beat.Fourth,a dual-winding switched reluctance motor that achieves three-phase double-three-beat operation through three-phase single-three-beat control was proposed,and simulation and experimental research were carried out to verify the feasibility of the motor system to reduce pulsating torque. |
