First,refer to relevant domestic and foreign literatures on axial flux permanent magnet motor and automated Stereoscopic warehouses,and introduce the specific significance of the subject.The topological structure of the axial flux permanent magnet motor is introduced,and their respective advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.Secondly,refer to the parameters of the asynchronous motor acceleration and deceleration,such as: installation size,rated torque,rated power,rated voltage,rated speed.A double stator single-rotor axial flux permanent magnet motor is designed.The electromagnetic design of the motor is carried out.main work includes: the determination of the parameters of axial flux permanent magnet motor,the selection of pole slot matching,selection of rotor pole material.Thirdly,for the problem of increasing the cogging torque of the axial flux permanent magnet motor and the requirements of the stereoscopic warehouse on the drive system,the finite element method was used to analyze the relationship between the pole arc coefficient and the motor cogging torque amplitude to determine the final Arc coefficient selection.In order to reduce the amplitude of the cogging torque of the motor,different pole arc coefficients of the NS pole and different pole arc coefficients at the inner diameter are proposed.The weakening ability of the newly proposed two pole structures compared to the sector pole structure on the cogging torque is analyzed.Due to the influence of back-EMF harmonics on motor output torque.The effects of the conventional magnetic pole pole arc coefficient,the pole arc coefficient at the inner diameter and the different pole arc coefficients of NS on the distribution of back EMF are analyzed.The axial magnetic density harmonic analysis is performed on the magnetic poles of the three magnetic pole structures.Since the magnetic field of different pole arc coefficients of NS poles varies greatly,the comparison of the maximum torque of different pole arc coefficients of NS and sector pole structure when the amount of permanent magnets is the same.Finally,based on the study of the distribution of the internal magnetic field of the motor,the losses of the disc permanent magnet motor with sector magnet pole,inner different pole arc coefficients and different pole arc coefficients of NS are calculated.The three-dimensional temperature field model of the designed axial flux permanent magnet motor is established,and the temperature field of the motor is simulated and calculated according to the calculated loss value.The simulation verifies the temperature rise of the three motors in practical applications.
