Faced with the continuous improvement of building energy efficiency standards and the increasing demand of consumer groups for personalized window types,door and window manufacturing companies have ushered in new challenges,requiring the design of a large number of different new window types,and thermal analysis and calculation.Thermal coefficient to meet national energy saving requirements.The existing tools for thermal analysis and calculation of heat transfer coefficients of doors and windows cannot be combined with design and production management,and there are certain errors in the calculation process,and the operation is more complicated,which can no longer meet the needs of large-scale production of enterprises and cannot support the Rapid development.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes plastic steel doors and windows as the research object,carries out relevant research on thermal performance analysis of doors and windows,develops a thermal analysis system of plastic steel doors and windows,for enterprises to adapt to the development of contemporary society,improve the efficiency and accuracy of door and window design,reduce costs Important theoretical value and engineering significance.First,according to the domestic relevant technical standards and the heat transfer characteristics of doors and windows,the typical plastic steel door and window joint structure is analyzed to establish the physical model of the frame section.Based on the finite difference method in the two-dimensional steady-state heat conduction calculation theory,the frame heat transfer characteristics are analyzed to determine the heat transfer Thermal control equations and corresponding boundary conditions.Combined with the physical model of the frame cross-section,the external node method is used to construct the mathematical model of the frame heat transfer,and the numerical simulation of the frame is completed with the help of MATLAB programming simulation calculation.Secondly,based on the physical model of the whole window,a mathematical model of heat transfer is constructed.Based on physical models such as the frame cross-section and the heat transfer calculation method,a heat transfer mathematical model of key structures such as closed cavities and glass components inside the door and window frame is constructed tosolve the heat transfer coefficient.On the basis of heat transfer,the junction of different media is analyzed Heat transfer characteristics,propose a heat transfer calculation method,construct a mathematical model of heat transfer at the junction of different media.Based on the linear heat transfer calculation theory,with MATLAB simulation calculation,complete the frame heat transfer coefficient and seal medium heat transfer coefficient calculation,combined with the area weighted average Method,construct a mathematical model of heat transfer for the entire window,and calculate the heat transfer coefficient.Again,in order to verify the mathematical model,conduct heat transfer experiments on doors and windows.Based on the plastic steel doors and windows internal surface temperature experiment method to design the experimental program,with the help of Fluent fluid simulation,optimize and improve the experimental device to improve its reliability.By building the experimental device,the door and window heat transfer experiment,and the experimental data are calculated and processed.Under the same conditions Next,compare the experimental results with the numerical simulation results.Research shows that the established mathematical model is feasible.Finally,according to the heat transfer mathematical model,a thermal analysis system for doors and windows is established.Using Free CAD as the basic platform,using Python and other language programming to integrate the established mathematical model into the calculation module CCX,secondary development of the calculation and analysis module,improvement of the post-processing interface of the calculation and analysis module,construction of thermal performance analysis system for doors and windows Model,complete the calculation of heat transfer of doors and windows.The research shows that the established thermal analysis system of plastic steel doors and windows can calculate the heat transfer coefficient of the whole window.
