Metallic doors and windows is the protection structure of buildings.There existsome problems such as high individuality of computing requirement,complication ofcomputing, frequent changes for the technical codes, high error rate and difficulty ingenerating computing result list by hand, etc in the course of computing and analysis ofmetallic doors and windows structure. Thus, aiming at the characteristic and realrequirement of computing and analysis for metallic doors and windows structure, thisthesis makes a deep study of the computing and analysis system of metallic doors andwindows structure and its core technologies. And, a professional computing andanalysis software special for metallic doors and windows structure is developed.Firstly, the situation and the tendency of similar software system available in andoutside was studied. Aiming at the computing requirement and structure characteristicof metallic doors and windows product, a software architecture scheme for thecomputing and analysis system for metallic doors and windows structure with thefunction of calculating cross-section parameters, computing and analyzing metallicdoors and windows structure and document management.Secondly,the key technologies involved in the system were studied which includecalculation model building, load model matching for doors and windows bar,automaticgeneration of calculation result list. According to the diverse computing demand, aquick modelling method for calculation model based on generic tree structure wasproposed. With the method, a generic calculation model based on generic tree structurewas set up,and constraint relationship between calculation knowledge units wasregarded as configuration rules and was organized by classification and hierarchicallevel. Computing requirement drived the configuration and instantiation of thecalculation knowledge units and generated a double linked list representatingcalculation sequence,thus a computing model was built. According to the fact that thestructure types of metallic doors and windows are rich and have regularity, load modelmatching method for doors and windows bar was presented based on R-Trees. Doorsand windows structure was decomposed to rectangles and was represented by R-Trees.Then the simplest R-Trees set was obtained by simplifying and decomposing R-Trees ofdoors and windows structure, and each element in the set was matched with eachinstance R-Trees, and the load model of bar was obtained by integrated each matching solution. To resolve the problem of large workload and high error in generatingcomputing result list by hand, an automatic generating approach of computing result listbased on calculation template data table was put forward. Calculation template wasstored in the data table, according to the computing requirement, calculation modulerecords were configurated and instantiated, generating temporary document containingdocument translation information. At last, relevant documents were inserted anddocument format was set by operating programming interface of Word Application.Finally, based on the above studies, computing and analysis system for the metallicdoors and windows structure is developed and applied in the enterprises. Theapplication results show the system is characterized by strong practical applicability,good adaptability, good expansibility. The system can effectively shorten the analysisperiod and improve the accuracy of computing and analysis.
