Opportune and effective health monitoring for pregnant women can improve the quality of maternal and child health services,and ensure excellent birth and childbearing.Fetal heart rate can reflect the health status of fetal heart function.Fetal heart rate monitoring is one of the main methods of perinatal health monitoring.Due to the weak signals and high background noise,most of the domestic fetal heart detection devices on the market which use continuous ultrasonic doppler detection technology,face problems such as high noise,low sensitivity,and small detection range.This research uses pulsed ultrasound Doppler fetal heart detection technology to design and implement a high-performance pulsed ultrasound Doppler fetal heart detector for home use,which combines smart phones,cloud platform and expert data analysis software to form a fetal heart rate detection system.It has the characteristics of low cost,high sensitivity and wide detection range.The research contents are as follows(1)Study on pulsed ultrasonic detection:Comparing the characteristics of pulse ultrasonic probe with that of continuous ultrasonic probe,the study has proved the feasibility of pulse ultrasonic detection technology is proved by in terms of the signal transformation model,and has proposed the design scheme of some key modules in pulse ultrasonic detection technology.(2)The algorithm of fetal heart signal quality evaluation:the periodic feature and energy distribution feature of fetal heart signal are respectively extracted by autocorrelation and coefficient of variation.The relationship model between feature and fetal heart signal quality is established based on artificial neural network,by which can we evaluate the quality of fetal signal.(3)Hardware and software design of the terminal:Based on the pulsed ultrasonic Doppler detection technology,the design has improved the detection sensitivity and detection range.A microprocessor is used in the terminal to control ultrasonic emission,demodulate signal and acquire data,etc.,to achieve ultrasound Doppler fetal heart detection,and to complete data communication through a Bluetooth low energy module.At the same time,the adaptive de-noising algorithm is implemented in the processor,which further improves the performance of fetal heart detectionThe simulation test equipment of fetal heart rate and the actual use test of pregnant women show that the designed domestic fetal heart rate detection system has excellent performance,with the characteristics of accurate fetal heart rate detection,high sensitivity and wide coverage,and can meet the needs of fetal heart detection in family scenarios. |
