In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economic construction,more and more high-rise and super high-rise buildings(structures)have appeared in urban streets.China's construction industry is becoming more and more mature,and has also participated in the bidding of many overseas projects.Floor-mounted scaffolding is more and more widely used in the construction of high-rise buildings(construction),and the corresponding technology is becoming more and more advanced.In the construction process of high-rise and super high-rise buildings(structures),the selection of scaffold scheme,installation and construction technology,as well as the stress stability of the frame are directly related to the safety of the whole construction process.This article relies on the practical application of floor-standing scaffolding technology in a structure in Saudi Arabia.With regard to the construction and stress issues,the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)You can understand the advantages of floor-type scaffolding in different structures:floor-type scaffolding withstands strong loads,and the stress requirements of each member also meet the construction load-bearing requirements;compared with climbing frame,selecting floor-type scaffolding can save individual costs 77640.76 Yuan,the cost of scaffolding per side saves 191.71 yuan/m2;floor-mounted scaffolding is easy to protect the facade.(2)A detailed analysis of the main technical difficulties and key technical measures of the floor-type scaffolding in the construction of high-rise structures:the length of the pole should correspond to the fasteners at the connection of each floor,and use the bowl connection method,while To ensure that the stable load capacity after the extension reaches the requirement of 2 times,so as to ensure its stability.Pay attention to the precautions for erection of large and small crossbars.When sweeping the bar,the small crossbar should be lower than the large crossbar,and the small crossbar should be above the large crossbar;when the frame is,the large crossbar should be lower than the small crossbar and the large crossbar It should be above the small crossbar.The height of the calibration tower is 38m,which is 25m higher than the maximum height of the floor type scaffold,and the cantilever type scaffold is required for the upper part.(3)The finite element software ANSYS is used to model and analyze the vertical pole of the floor type scaffold under the wind load,and the operability and feasibility of the floor type scaffold in the engineering application are verified through the software simulation.The research can play a guiding role in the similar engineering construction.Figure[41]Table[2]and[50]...
