The Research Of Typical Floor Design On Ultra High-rise Residential Buildings

Under the background of market-oriented,design objectives tend to focus on market demand,which focus on life style.how to implement people-oriented design idea in the process of marketization is becoming more and more important.Super-tall residential as a unique branch of high-end residential,with the rapid urban population is highly concentrated,the continuous expansion of city and the diversification of residential demand,in some big cities and large cities,land resources increasingly tense condition,in order to achieve a higher volume rate and more relaxed space environment,high density vertical space development pattern has become inevitable,centralized super-tall residential housing market arises at the historic moment,in the process of the social development of a new kind of market demand.However,due to China's national conditions and the influence of policy factors,and scarcity of such homes own,domestic study of high-rise residence is still in its infancy,the lack of a comprehensive and systematic theory to guide practice.This article from the new situation,especially in super-tall standard layer of widespread concern in the market in the face of super-tall residential development trend from the meter to provide the beneficial reference and draw lessons from,make its standard layer design to achieve a more sophisticated level,to enhance the quality of high-rise residential living.This paper mainly discusses the thesis research background,method and frame structure of the work,and for interpretation of related concepts involved.Theory of super-tall residential area of research in China and abroad were summarized as well as the domestic and foreign super-tall residential planning and design strategies are analyzed and summarized.Finally discusses the standard of super-tall residential floor plane and door model design,from the fire and carried on the thorough analysis of the technical design aspects.
