Resonant coupling wireless power transfer technology has great advantages in some special situations where sparks or contact wear need to be avoided, however,in order to achieve the best transmission performance of the traditional single transmitting coil and single receiving coil,it is necessary to maintain the common axis of the transmitting and receiving coil. This limits the relative motion of the transceiver coils, thus limiting the application of the technology in the areas of transportation and mobile electronics. In view of the limitation of the above resonant coupling wireless power transfer technology of single transmitting coil and single receiving coil,a dynamic resonant coupling radio energy transmission system is proposed which consists of a group of small transmitting units and a single large receiving coil to receive energy.Through the mathematical modeling analysis of the whole system, the dynamic transmission characteristics of various parameters of the system are explored, and it is found that there are two major influencing factors in the system:one is the transmission fluctuation caused by offset coupling when the transmitting coil passes through the boundary of the receiving area; The second is the transmission energy loss caused by the transmission phase deviation of the transmitting unit of the transmitting array. For the problem of offset coupling fluctuation, impedance matching is analyzed using the impedance converter theory, and a topology compensation method based on the CLC matching network is proposed, that is,when the coil bigotry reaches the compensation value, the circuit is compensated by adding the CLC matching network between the high-frequency power supply and the resonant circuit; For the transmission phase deviation of transmitting array,a phase synchronization method based on DSP is proposed, which is to synchronize the voltage of each transmitting coil with the reference signal by using the high-speed acquisition module of DSP and ePWM module, and finally achieve the phase synchronization of each transmitting unit. The feasibility of the above topological compensation method based on CLC matching network is demonstrated by establishing a mathematical model for numerical analysis; The feasibility of the phase synchronization method based on DSP is demonstrated by theoretical analysis and software simulation. Finally, the experimental platform is built according to the needs, and the whole system is tested and verified, which proves the correctness and feasibility of the system.Figure[58]Table[6]Reference[69]...
