| The developments of green buildings are changing with each passing day,and the post-occupancy-evaluation of green buildings play an increasingly important role.Through literature research,it is found that there are few related studies on post-occupancy-evaluation of green school. The indoor environment of school classrooms often has problems, which also seriously affects the health of students.Based on the above, this paper identifies the following main research contents.First of all, using the subjectiveand objective measurement evaluation methods to investigate the indoor environment of the green middle school classrooms that have obtained green building certification in Hangzhou.Through the on-site measurement of the indoor environment in each season, the actual situation of each element of the indoor environment is obtained.obtaining the actual situation of each element of the indoor environment and the user’s feelings and satisfaction with the indoor environment. On this basis, the main problems in the indoor environment are summarized:the CO2 concentration compliance rate in the classroom is low,and this problem is most prominent in winter.Secondly,in order to evaluate the indoor environment more scientifically, reasonably and conveniently, combined with the grey theory and Weber Fichner’s law,the indoor environmental assessment method of green middle school is proposed.PMV,CO2,PM2.5,illuminance and background noise were selected as evaluation indicators and combined with relevant green building standards, the evaluation grades and standards were formulated. The gray correlation method is used to correlate with the evaluation grade, and the on-site measured data of the case building is evaluated. At the same time, the relationship between the indoor environment elements and learning efficiency of winter classrooms in hot summer and cold winter regions is analyzed. The order of influence of each factor on students’ learning efficiency is ranked as follows:CO2 is the most prominent factor, illumination>noise, the thermal environment is considered to be the least prominent factor. Finally, the reasons for the low formation rate of indoor carbon dioxide concentration were analyzed. At the same time, through Airpak simulation, explore strategies to solve indoor air quality problems. It simulates the influence of classroom aspect ratio, windows opening position and fresh air outlet position on indoor CO2 distribution and proposes suggestions and strategies for classroom air quality optimization. |
