With the deepening of the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure,the role of cold chain logistics in economic development has been continuously strengthened.Compared with normal-temperature logistics,cold-chain logistics involves more professional theories and diversified service objects.It need to be completed by many departments,and it is required that the goods cannot be placed in the normal-temperature environment during transportation,and the efficiency is very high.These characteristics make cold chain logistics not to be treated the same as normal temperature logistics.In recent years,the output and demand of the objects served by cold chain logistics have been increasing.It is analyzed from the perspective of economic development,transportation efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection.In the future,the market demand for railway and air transportation will have great potential.Study the risk factors that will exist during the operation of the cold chain system,and propose measures for its prevention and control.This will promote the more efficient operation of the railway cold chain logistics transportation process,the continuous improvement of related theories and the exploration of practical feasibility.In this paper,the cold supply chain logistics operation process of the railway transportation enterprises selected in the cited paper is used as the key analysis object.Compare and sort out the risk factor identification methods used in risk research papers.The risk factor conclusions obtained in the current cold chain logistics risk research papers are reviewed in the literature to ensure the comprehensiveness of the derived risk factors.Combined with the characteristics of the research enterprise's transportation process and risk management theory,the adaptability of risk identification methods and research objects is analyzed.Finally,the work breakdown structure method was used to decentralize the cold supply chain transportation process into three operation phases: large customer / new customer commissioned consignment,selfcontained organic vehicle transportation,and station acceptance.After discussing and analyzing the possible risks in each link,32 risk factors were identified.The list of risk factors formed includes 9 types: customers,technology,information,facilities and equipment,human,regulations and policies,industry standards,economic background,and natural environment.Based on the feedback data obtained from expert survey methods,the importance of risk factors and the relationship between these factors were determined.Analyzed and compare with the advantages and disadvantages of the methods of Interpretative Structural Modeling and Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory which are commonly used in risk assessment methods.The comprehensive method based on DEMATEL-ISM is used to determine the causality and interaction of risk factors in railway cold chain transportation and the determination of main risk factors.After multiple iterations of the obtained reachability matrix by Matlab software,the importance of risk factors is divided into six levels.After multiple iterations of the obtained reachability matrix through Matlab software,the importance of the risk factors is divided into six levels,and the centrality and cause of each factor are determined.The DEMATEL-ISM risk evaluation model of factor directed graphs and case companies is obtained.Then,based on the model conclusions,analyze the factors that cause the risk and the correlation between the factors.Then,based on the conclusions of the model,the factors that cause the risk and the correlation between the factors are analyzed.Based on this,it is concluded that factors such as the customer's failure to meet the requirements for the quality of the supply source and the weak professional level of the staff of the research enterprise are the root causes of the risk.Combining these conclusions,it is proposed to establish an information sharing platform based on blockchain technology that covers the various stages of origin of goods,customer warehousing,motor vehicle maintenance,cold storage along the line,and cargo acceptance at stations.In order to ensure that the information of the cold chain transportation is “continuously chained”,to a certain extent,it plays a supervisory role on whether the staff operates in accordance with the process specification.The overall structure of the enterprise information sharing platform module based on the blockchain is briefly explained as a countermeasure against the risks of the railway cold chain transportation process.
