In recent years,the development focus of automobile manufacturing enterprises has gradually changed from improving commodity quality and reducing operating costs to strengthening supply chain management.Because of the complexity and instability of the supply chain itself,the risk of enterprises is gradually increasing,which seriously affects the profitability of enterprises.Therefore,supply chain risk management is of great significance for enterprises to strengthen their competitiveness and formulate long-term development plans.At present,the construction of supply chain management system and risk prevention awareness and ability of small and medium-sized automotive parts enterprises in China are generally poor.Improving the risk management level of supply chain is conducive to the long-term and steady development of small and medium-sized automotive parts enterprises in China.After reading a large number of literature on supply chain risk management in recent years,it is found that the current research results of domestic and foreign scholars focus on macro aspects,such as the analysis of the management status of automobile supply chain,development strategy,etc.Most of them are in the stage of qualitative research,and quantitative research is less.How to identify,evaluate and control the risks existing in the supply chain with effective methods is a related research.It is an urgent problem to be solved at this stage.Based on the above background,this paper takes risk management as the main line,introduces M automobile parts manufacturing company,and formulates a supply chain management model suitable for M company.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts:Firstly,it introduces the research background,research significance,current situation at home and abroad and the technical route of the article.Then it briefly introduces supply chain management theory and risk management theory.Then,under the background of theoretical basis,the paper introduces a case to analyze the current situation of M company and supply chain risk.It considers that the number of customer orders,upstream supplier capacity,supply chain environment and cooperative node enterprises are the main factors affecting the risk of the company,and on this basis,establishes a risk assessment system.Then,based on the research questions,brainstorming the experts and technicians inside the company,using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate and rank the risks,the results show that the total risk evaluation value is 0.4615,which belongs to the medium level.From the perspective of supply chain,this paper establishes risk identification according to the correlation between risk events and risk factors.Early warning and supply chain risk management measures,according to the risk in advance,in the process,after the order,put forward specific risk early warning,control and error correction methods,but also provide reference for other similar enterprises.Figure 7,table 13,reference 56...
