A Study On Landscape Design Of Waterfront Park Based On The Concept Of "Urban Double Repair"

At present,the incremental expansion and extensive development of the city make the urban ecological resources gradually decrease,and the development of the city is difficult to satisfy people’s pursuit of natural health.As an indispensable part of urban public space,waterfront park not only promotes the development of urban ecology,but also shows the historical and cultural features of the city,and the environmental quality of waterfront park also determines the living standard of residents and the development process inside and outside the city.However,most of the existing waterfront parks after the accumulation of time,the deficiencies are gradually revealed,so it is urgent to make adaptive improvement and restoration to the development of waterfront parks.Through literature research and field investigation,this paper analyzes the common problems in landscape design of waterfront parks in China and analyzes their causes.The main reasons are that the landscape pattern is monotonous and homogenized because of blind pursuit of beautification movement This article takes this as the foothold to carry on the synthesis discussion from many aspects,through the related theory research and In practice,we try to improve and construct the waterfront landscape environment which can meet the modern development of the city and meet people’s psychological and behavioral needs.Combining with the concept of "urban double repair ",this paper makes a detailed and thorough study on the planning and design of waterfront park from macro level control to micro level design practice.This research is based on the design example of Weihe Park in Xinxiang City.Water park landscape renewal and improvement design and "urban double repair" concept of integration strategy,ways and means,through the design practice to examine the feasibility of the paper.
