The durability of reinforced concrete structures is becoming more and more serious.Following the development trend of BIM technology,BIM technology is used to evaluate the durability of concrete structures,and the durability assessment and visualization of concrete bridge structures based on BIM technology can be achieved,which can provide a This efficient,convenient and intuitive method can also explore a new development path for BIM technology.The core of BIM technology is to establish the information model of the durability influencing factors of concrete structures by integrating the database information of the entire life cycle of the construction project through the secondary development of BIM,taking into account the actual state factors,and using the technical advantages of BIM to carry out structural durability data information.Create,share,and process,and then build a durability information model with time as the independent variable for structural durability evaluation,and implement visual visualization of durability based on the durability calculation results,so as to evaluate the structural durability over the entire life cycle of the building.In this paper,through the secondary development of Revit software to achieve the durability assessment and visualization of the concrete bridge structure based on BIM technology,its content mainly includes the following points:(1)In-depth research on the secondary development technology of Revit to construct the basic framework of secondary development of Revit software.Organize and analyze the influencing factors of the durability of reinforced concrete structures,and build an ideal BIM durability database by sharing parameters and project parameters;by discretizing the model,randomizing the thickness of the concrete compressive strength protective layer,Constructed the BIM durability database in the actual state,and explored the collection and output methods of durability evaluation data.(2)The calculation function of concrete carbonization and steel bar corrosion is realized,and the calculation result is added to the component model.The function of carrying the carrying parameters of the concrete member model required for calculating the corrosion of steel bars to the steel bar model is realized.The visualization function of concrete durability is realized,and the life time of concrete structure is visually evaluated by using the carbonation life criterion and the protective layer rust expansion cracking life criterion.Using WPF to realize the design of the durability calculation operation interface,the description of each parameter and the corresponding input window are added,and the trigger buttons for the calculation of concrete carbonization and the calculation of steel corrosion are added.The user command button is realized through an external application,which satisfies the user to directly calculate the durability in Revit software.(3)The durability calculation of reinforced concrete based on BIM technology is verified.Through the carbonation depth test and the steel bar corrosion rate test,the test results are compared with the calculation results of the method in this paper.The results show that the calculation results of this method are basically consistent with the test results.By comparing the durability test data of the actual project with the calculation results of the method in this paper,the results show that the calculation results of this method are basically consistent with the actual project.Through the application of the durability assessment and visualization of the concrete bridge structure based on BIM technology to the 13-span 56 m box girder,it is found that this method has high efficiency and convenient operation in durability assessment,and the calculated service time of the structure meets the design life requirements.
