| Based on practical problems that affect the structural durability of sections concrete structure in open air, the discourse gives an insight into carbonization mechanism of sections concrete structure, section's rusting process and its performance after rustiness and expansion. The research covers:1. A overview of durability problems of sections concrete in service and its researching actuality of interfacing discipline at home and abroad.2. In consideration of features under atmosphere, it discusses the carbonization and corrosion mechanism and their main causes pointing out that the virtual consequence of structural carbonization is sections' rustiness and expansion. Studying the features and grades of sections rustiness (that is Qty. of rustiness and thickness of rusting layers) and finding out the rule of growth of damage due to rustiness and expansion and development of crack trace; setting up a mathematical model to calculate sections' Qty. of rustiness. On the basis of the mathematical model mentioned above, the mathematical model and related theoretical calculation formula for plane thickness of rusting layer is established. In conclusion, formula is employed to describe the relations between rustiness and time, size, thickness of coverage, concrete strength.3. Combining research findings on rebar rustiness and based on the above harvests, the discourse distribute weighings to subfield aggregate of sections concrete structural system and evaluate corrosion damage by the method of multilevel fuzzy synthesized estimation.
