In order to solve the problems of large energy demand growth,environmental degradation and low energy conversion efficiency,integrated energy systems have emerged.It not only can effectively improve the use and conversion of energy,reduce the emission of environmental pollutants,but also provide users with a variety of energy needs,which is widely concerned and researched by society.However,the performance of an integrated energy system is closely related to its capacity configuration and operation.If there is no suitable capacity configuration and proper operation mode,the integrated energy system will not be able to guarantee the quality of power supply and realize its comprehensive benefits.Therefore,this paper conducts research and specific research work on the capacity allocation and operation optimization of integrated energy systems:(1)Firstly,the population initialization with random factors is easy to cause the initial distribution of population individuals to be uneven.The initialization based on the improved tent chaotic map is proposed,and the random factor in the individual position initialization formula is replaced by the sequence generated in the improved Tent chaotic map.It improves the uniformity of the initial population distribution and the convergence speed of the algorithm,and enhance the search ability of the algorithm.Secondly,the follower is prone to temporary stagnation in the late iteration,and the search behavior based on Levy flight characteristics is proposed.The generated random step size S is applied to the follower's update strategy to enhance the diversity of the population and improve the overall optimization ability of the algorithm.Finally,the superiority of the improved algorithm is verified by testing the classical functions and comparing with other algorithms.(2)In order to enhance the connection between the supply side and the demand side,as well as to improve the accuracy of capacity allocation,this paper estabilishes a two-layer model of multi-objective capacity configuration-operation optimization based on improved group search algorithm.In the process of optimization,firstly,in order to improve the economic operation of the equipment,the concept of equipment boundary load rate is introduced to simplify the variable operating conditions of the equipment.Secondly,because there is an inconsistency in the supply time between the supply side and the demand side,a multi-component energy storage system is introduced to balance the deviation.Then the two-stage optimization method and the improved group search algorithm are used to solve the model.The first stage mainly optimizes the equipment type and capacity of the system,and the second stage optimizes the output power of each device in the operation.The two phases interact with each other.Finally,the capacity allocation scheme with the lowest comprehensive system cost is optimized.The superiority of the method is verified by numerical simulation,and the influence of the introduction of photovoltaic power generation on capacity allocation is compared and analyzed.(3)In order to rationally arrange the output of each equipment and improve the operation efficiency,this paper adopts the economical optimal principle and the multi-energy storage system,and propose to establish an economic operation model based on the improved group search algorithm,with daily operation and maintenance costs and daily energy consumption costs.The minimum is the objective function.The hourly outputs of the four devices,gas turbine,gas boiler,absorption chiller and electric chiller,is used as the decision variable.Under the condition of satisfying the system's cold,heat and electric power balance constraints and other constraints,the improvement is adopted.The group search algorithm solves.Finally,an example is given to compare and analyze the impact of networked mode,photovoltaic power generation,equipment changing conditions and energy storage devices on the economic operation of the system.
