The high-speed railway station is the transmission hub and operating node of the highspeed railway network,and its carrying capacity is usually the bottleneck of the overall capacity of the network.The carrying capacity of high-speed station calculated by many documents is only the theoretical value,which can not guide the daily production and operation of the station.Therefore,the problem of solving the station carrying capacity value is transformed into the problem of judging whether the transportation demand matches the capacity provided by the station.Then put forward the corresponding improvement scheme,which is of great significance to the operation and organization of the station.Based on the relevant theoretical research,this paper focuses on the carrying capacity adaptability analysis and the formulation of optimization scheme instead of carrying capacity value.The adaptability problem of high-speed railway stations is the judgment of the future capacity status of the station.Based on this concept,it is necessary to know the future passenger flow volume of the station and judging whether the station carrying capacity can meet the transportation demands based on the future passenger flow changes.Therefore,the carrying capacity adaptability model and passenger flow prediction model of high-speed railway station are established to study this problem.For the passenger flow forecast,this paper establishes the passenger transport flow forecast model of high-speed railway station,and proposes the concept of "monthly passenger flow transport volume ",using BP neural network and ELM as the benchmark model,and combining the benchmark model with EMD algorithm and VMD algorithm respectively as the combined forecasting model.Taking Lanzhou West Railway Station's passenger flow data connecting all directions as the original data signal,according to the forecast effect evaluation indexes,the VMD-BP neural network combined forecasting model has the highest prediction accuracy.The prediction accuracy of Lanzhou-Urumqi high-speed railway,the common speed railway,Lanzhou-Zhongchuan intercity railway and Xuzhou-Lanzhou high-speed railway connecting Lanzhou West Railway Station respectively is 3.23%,3.241%,2.474% and 7.418%(later opening time),with good prediction effect.Based on this,the rolling forecasting mechanism of monthly passenger transport flow of high-speed railway station is constructed.The station capacity adaptability analysis section establishes a carrying capacity adaptation model for high-speed railway stations,the model is a 0-1 integer programming model which takes the minimum number of the arrival and departure tracks as the objective function,introduces the "container" virtual arrival departure track,and takes the interaction relationship among trains,the arrival and departure tracks and train routes as the constraint condition.Based on the passenger flow forecast,the train schedule and arrival and departure line utilization plan are input into the adaptability model.The MIP module of CPLEX are used to solve the three indexes of the actual number of arrival and departure tracks,the virtual number of arrival and departure tracks and the number of trains which uses virtual arrival and departure tracks and then the adaptability state of high-speed railway station carrying capacity is judged.Taking the actual timetable and arrival and departure track utilization plan of a certain day at the Lanzhou West Railway Station as input data,through the analysis of the adaptability model,it is concluded that the minimum number of actual arrival departure tracks used in the station is 10(including 2 main lines,track16,21 and 23 can not be used).Without the use of virtual arrival departure tracks,so the station has good adaptability,and the application plan of the arrival and departure tracks with the least number of actual arrival and departure tracks is given.Based on the results of carrying capacity adaptability analysis of high-speed railway station,the station capacity optimization plan is divided into three categories.Taking Lanzhou West Railway Station as an example,and combining with its actual operating conditions,the station optimization plan belongs to Category II,that is,under the satisfied condition of the station carrying capacity,the operation organization is difficult.According to the specific situation of Lanzhou West Railway Station,this paper analyzes the general and special factors affecting the carrying capacity,and concludes that the main influencing factor of the carrying capacity of the station is that the gradient of EMU running track connected to arrival-departure yard and EMU depot is 30 ‰,and the operating mode of EMU passing in and out of the EMU depot is that in the way of successive route,which affects the station's carrying capacity.On this basis,this paper puts forward five optimization schemes,such as the train mode used in the operation of EMU passing in and out of EMU depot,and the optimized application arrival and departure tracks plan,which can provide reference for other high-speed railway station carrying capacity optimization schemes.
