Molten iron transportation is an important part of the transportation system of iron and steel enterprises.Optimal scheduling of them is an effective way to reduce transportation costs,improve production efficiency and economic efficiency of enterprises.The molten iron transportation railway network of iron and steel enterprises has the characteristics of small area,many switchs,many locomotives and vehicles,which makes the shunting operation of molten iron transportation more complicated and difficult.At present,most of the molten iron transportation in China's iron and steel enterprises is mainly manual dispatch.Due to the variety of shunting operations and the lack of efficient and optimized algorithm program,the dispatcher can only take the scheduling mode of "walking and watching",which is easy to lead to low efficiency of shunting operations,and even long-time waiting and safety accidents.Therefore,the overall consideration of all molten iron transportation shunting operations in the stage and the use of optimized algorithms to develop a reasonable driving plan for the shunting operation are of great practical significance for reducing the turnaround time of transportation equipment and improving the efficiency of the molten iron transportation of the enterprise.In this paper,firstly,introduces the elements of the system with the molten iron transportation system of the enterprise as an entry point,which details the production rules and characteristics of blast furnaces and converters,and then describes the process,methods,vehicles and related requirements of molten iron transportation,and the organization plan of locomotives and vehicle is used in the process of molten iron transportation,and the advantages,disadvantages and applicable conditions of each application plan are briefly analyzed.Secondly,in order to study the molten iron transportation scheduling in more detail,the transportation requirements related to molten iron transportation are described as different transport tasks,and the two key tasks of weight delivery and empty distribution are studied in depth.Based on graph theory,the railway network is abstracted into a network model,and virtual points and virtual edges are added to the network according to the characteristics of running turn back path in shunting operation.Taking the molten iron transportation network as the background,using the Dijkstra algorithm to solve the shortest running time as the standard route of shunting operation.Thirdly,on the basis of the shunting operation plan,with the goal of improving the efficiency of the overall shunting operation,all shunting operations in the stage shall be considered as a whole,and route scheduling plan is formulated for the shunting operation process.Among them,the key content of route scheduling process is studied,mainly to solve the problem of time-space cross conflict when arranging route occupation for variousshunting operations,and several types of cross conflict are introduced.It is proposed to detect potential conflicts in route scheduling process by route reservation arrangement.When there are conflicts,the sequence of shunting occupation routes is determined according to priority weight,and two ways of route conflict resolution,waiting and detour,as well as the applicable conditions of the two ways are given.This paper establishes a scheduling model with the minimum total time(run and wait)consumed by all molten iron shunting operations in the completion phase.In order to avoid the lack of constraints in the model solution process,the heuristic algorithm is designed based on the idea of local optimization and overall optimization,and is verified by the example data.The calculation results show that the constructed model can effectively solve the routing problem of shunting operations of molten iron transportation,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.Finally,based on the simplified molten iron transportation railway network,based on the previous research theory,shunting operation plan and route dispatching heuristic algorithm,the molten iron transportation scheduling system was developed using computer programming technology.
