Rail transport for enterprises plays an important role in their production by improving production efficiency and reducing transportation costs.However,due to the old age and outdated equipment of enterprise dedicated railways,the degree of automation in operations is low.As enterprises continue to develop,dedicated railway transport can no longer meet their growing needs,affecting the overall production and development of the enterprise.The key to improving the efficiency of enterprise dedicated railway transport lies in improving the work efficiency within the enterprise station.Currently,the work arrangements in enterprise stations are often based on the experience of staff,so in-depth research on optimizing the selection of entry routes for enterprise stations can help improve the efficiency of the stage planning process and work efficiency,as well as reduce production costs.The work within enterprise dedicated railway stations mainly includes train operations and shunting operations,with the latter being the majority.During the operation process at enterprise stations,there are multiple entry routes available for trains,resulting in multiple routes coexisting.The traditional approach to selecting entry routes relies heavily on signalmen,which can lead to errors and seriously affect the work efficiency of enterprise stations,especially in complex station structures.This paper first summarizes the research achievements of domestic and foreign railway entry route optimization problems,combined with the characteristics of enterprise station operations,namely that technical operations in enterprise stations are more complex and have more interference,and shunting operations far exceed train operations.Based on this,the concept of ensuring the integrity of shunting operations is proposed,setting a standard value of time for completing shunting operations,and dynamically updating the node occupation time during the operation process to determine entry conflicts and resolve them.A multiobjective entry route selection optimization model is established based on the minimum cost of shunting operation time windows and train operation time.Next,the established entry route selection optimization model is analyzed,and the genetic algorithm for solving this model is improved based on the characteristics of the Kshortest path algorithm and the model.Firstly,a basic entry table is established to determine the shunting operation time window.Then,the K-shortest path algorithm is used to determine the initial population of the genetic algorithm.Individual coding schemes and crossover mutation strategies are designed based on entry routes to solve the model.Finally,a network topology diagram is established for a specific enterprise station,and the shunting operation plan is decomposed into two parts: unhooking and hooking,and divided into several sub-operations based on the turnaround point.The research results show that the entry route selection solution obtained from the entry route selection optimization model considering the integrity of the operation process can effectively avoid operation conflicts.Compared with traditional entry route selection solutions,the total operation time is reduced by 23.26%.The research results have certain reference value for entry route selection at the enterprise station.
