With the continuous improvement of railway transportation demand,after six times of speed increase,the electric signal equipment and track equipment also have great changes,which brings more problems to the daily maintenance work on site.Among them,the speed of switch main line is the basis of improving railway transportation efficiency,and the stable use of switch equipment requires good maintenance and maintenance of track equipment.Therefore,the quality of the equipment in the joint of industry and electricity is the basic condition to ensure the safety and smoothness of railway transportation,and also the most important to ensure the safety of railway transportation.Switch equipment has become the weak point of signal equipment operation quality and the key point of transportation safety.In this regard,how to improve the quality of switch regulation is the primary problem faced by the two departments at present,which requires continuous research and exploration of better solutions.Finally,the problem of the joint of industry and electricity is reflected in the influence of the normal switching of the electric switch,that is,the lack of dynamic displacement of the switch plate.In this thesis,the key structure and measurement method of key data of the joint of industry and electricity are described in detail,which is helpful for the operators of electric and public works to master the technical standards of the equipment outside the discipline clearly and play an effective role in improving the joint renovation of the joint of industry and electricity.In this thesis,several typical defects of turnout junction in field work are listed.In theoretical research,the defects of turnout junction are modeled and analyzed with the help of ANSYS,which is a finite element analysis software.The switch research is mainly focused on the following aspects: the close rigidity between switch rail,core rail and basic rail,the rigidity of fastener at the heel of switch rail,the friction coefficient of sliding bed plate,the elastic bendable section of switch rail and the switch opening.The relevant data obtained from the theoretical analysis are used as the guiding arguments,and applied to the field switch disease treatment for evaluation and verification of the effect.According to the finite element model analysis and practical treatment,it is concluded that the close fitting stiffness and the friction coefficient of the sliding bed plate have great influence on the insufficient displacement of the switch rail.The stiffness of the heel fastener and the flexible section of the switch rail have little influence on the insufficient displacement of the switch rail.The switch distance within the range of technical standards has little influence on the insufficient displacement of switch rail,and vice versa.Finally,on the basis of theory and practice,and with many years of relevant work experience,a set of effective switches regulation scheme for the junction of industry and electricity is summed up,which has certain guidance and reference value for relevant practitioners.
