As a common storage industrial building,silo is widely used in my country's petrochemical and grain storage industries.In the actual design process of the silo,due to the lack of corresponding industry standards and specifications,there are great differences in the use and understanding of the specifications by different designers,mainly reflected in the large difference in reinforcement,about 20%?30 %,causing a lot of waste and increasing the difficulty of construction.In engineering design,the design software(PKPM,STAADPRO)at this stage cannot directly analyze and calculate the silo structure.The analysis and calculation of the natural vibration characteristics and seismic response of the supporting structure at the bottom of the silo are based on the establishment of a corresponding simplified model of.Most design units use the equivalent stiffness method to equate the upper silo structure to a column structure or concrete wall of equal stiffness.However,this simplified model cannot fully reflect the actual problems of the dynamic response of the support structure at the bottom of the silo,and the seismic force calculated by this silo structure design method is relatively large,resulting in a substantial increase in reinforcement,which in turn affects the pouring of concrete and increases the construction difficulty.This article intends to combine the degassing and storage silo-frame structure project of a petrochemical company,simplify the silo into a column-ring beam structure according to the principle of equivalent rigidity,and use ANSYS software to establish the silo-frame structure and the column ring beam-frame structure.The finite element model of the model adopts the mode decomposition response spectrum method and the time history analysis method to carry out numerical simulation research on the structure's natural vibration characteristics and dynamic response under earthquake action.Through comparison and analysis with the original structure,the accuracy of the fitting of the calculated data to the original structure is demonstrated,and the rationality of the simulated structure is verified.In order to provide some valuable references and suggestions for the design and construction of the silo,the design unit can choose the appropriate structural design scheme according to the characteristics of the project,achieve a reasonable simplified calculation model,and at the same time meet the requirements of structural construction Reinforcing steel bars are arranged to reduce the difficulty of engineering construction and improve the economics and safety of the structure.At the same time,it provides a certain theoretical basis for formulating relevant industry design specifications.The research content mainly includes:1.According to the principle of equivalent stiffness,the equivalent model design of thesilo structure and the column-ring beam structure is carried out,a simplified design calculation method of the silo model is discussed,and a petrochemical project is selected and its original design and optimized design are selected.The schemes are calculated separately;2.I use ANSYS software to establish a silo-frame structure model and a column ring beam-frame structure model(single warehouse)with different cross-sectional dimensions and column ring beam channels,and analyze the natural vibration characteristics of the structure(natural vibration period,frequency,vibration type).By comparing the natural vibration characteristics of the two structural models under different working conditions,the size of the equivalent model column ring beam and the number of column ring beams are determined.The calculation method of the structural equivalent model is verified and corrected,and the equivalent stiffness is given.Increase factor3.Establish silo-frame structure model and column ring beam-frame structure model(group silo),study different working conditions(seismic wave,material quality),use modal analysis,vibration decomposition response spectrum analysis and time history analysis respectively Methods Analyze and study the dynamic response of the structure under the action of earthquake.4.On the basis of the analysis of earthquake action,summarize the research work to provide a theoretical basis for the simplification of the model,the compilation of relevant industry codes and the structural design.
