Optimization Research On Production Process Of Nuclear Power Main Pump Unit Of HE Group

In any country,the equipment manufacturing industry has made an important contribution to the rapid development of national economy.Building power-full equipment manufacturing industry not only promotes the development of national economy,but also provides production technology and equipment for defense construction.At present,there are many problems in most equipment manufacturing enterprises in China,such as confusion in production management,low production efficiency,unclear business process and quality problems.the increase of labor costs,the production costs of enterprises continue to increase.In order to survive in the fierce market competition and operate efficiently,the enterprises must change the traditional production and improve work efficiency.The company producing nuclear power main pump units in Harbin Electric Corporation is a large state-owned enterprise.Through questionnaires and practical investigation and research,we found that there are some problems in the production process of the company.For example: low production efficiency,unclear business processes,frequent production quality problems,etc.I consulted a large number of theoretical documents and studied the theory of production process optimization carefully.I have studied the optimization of production process of nuclear power main pump unit combining with my professional knowledge of industrial engineering.At the same time,Combining with data and flow chart,the current situation of production process is analyzed comprehensively.Finally,the causes of these problems are found out,and feasible optimization schemes are put forward.The implementation of the scheme can improve production efficiency,shorten delivery time and reduce enterprise costs.Through this study,we can not only optimize the production process of nuclear power main pump unit,improve production efficiency,save enterprise costs and reduce quality losses,but also play a reference role in the optimization of production process of equipment manufacturing industry.
