In recent years,the automobile manufacturing industry is faced with great changes.Under the great challenge of energy shortage and environmental deterioration,the traditional automobile production and operation system needs to be improved urgently.TJOL is a professional company engaged in automobile production and sales.Because of the unique nature of this field and its own long history,there are some gaps in the production and processing technology,production process,production efficiency and production management methods between the company and overseas excellent automobile companies.The enterprise consumes more and has not high efficiency in the whole operation process.In recent years,enterprises are facing higher and higher special requirements of green and environmental protection,so the whole enterprise needs to innovate the past management mode.In view of this,this paper takes the company new energy vehicle body coating production line as the research goal,and studies the improvement of its production line system from two aspects of process reengineering and lean production theory,and obtains the following research results:Firstly,based on the lean production theory and ECRS optimization principle,and taking the new energy vehicle body painting production line as the research object,the system reveals the problems of low coating efficiency,high production cost,environmental protection and on-site management in the coating production system.Secondly,based on the theory of process reengineering,combined with the optimization principle of cancel,merge,rearrange and simplify(ECRS),the robot intelligent painting system,green painting exhaust gas treatment system and production intelligent control management system are developed on the basis of the existing fuel automobile painting production line.The energy-saving scheme of the body structure and painting air supply and exhaust system is optimized,and the new energy automobile body is completed Process reengineering of coating production line.At the same time,the advanced lean production theory is applied to analyze the existing production conditions of car body coating,and the waste in the system is identified from the aspects of coating production system waiting,transportation,over processing,useless operation,defects,overproduction,inventory,etc.,and the optimization and improvement in sealing glue injection process,coating process,finishing operation time and non value-added process are proposed Plan.Through the lean reengineering of the whole process,the coating efficien-cy and product quality are improved,and the production cost is reduced.At the same time,the effective output of the system is improved,and the production cost and inventory are reduced.Thirdly,the 5S field management method of lean production is used to systematically analyze the five production factors of personnel,machines,materials,methods and environment,on this basis,the improvement measures are put forward,including strengthening the training of all staff,improving the relevant management system and integrating into the lean production enterprise culture.The guarantee measures for lean improvement of the body painting production process are improved,and the benefits after the system transformation are analyzed.Taking TJOL company’s body coating production system as an example,the process reengineering of the existing production system in the painting workshop has been realized.The application improvement scheme of lean production theory and extended lean production theory of coating production line is studied.The system value-added rate is increased to 45.7%,production efficiency is increased by 25.9%,production personnel is reduced by 18.8%,waste rate is reduced by 8%,operation cost is reduced by 12.8%,waste gas purification is reduced by 12.8% The rate is increased by 66%,which effectively improves the management level of the enterprise,improves the production efficiency and quality of the enterprise,and provides the production practice experience for many domestic related automobile manufacturing enterprises in lean production application,which has great practical significance.
