| With the acceleration of urbanization construction in China,urban land tends to be strained.The city has built a large number of high-rise and ultra-high-rise buildings.Due to the requirements of buried and embedded buildings and the needs of the basement,a large number of ultra-deep basements have been generated,and the foundation pits have been dug deeper and deeper.This has put forward higher requirements for the deep foundation pit support design and construction management.Deep foundation pit support is a complex structure and geotechnical engineering problem.Its technology is complex and complex,and it is greatly affected by the surrounding environment.The support of deep foundation pit is related to the economy,safety,quality,construction period,and surrounding environment of the project.The study of deep foundation pit support in foreign countries is relatively early.Since the 1980 s,China has started to have deep foundation pit projects and began related research.In the course of a large number of deep foundation pit support and excavation construction,various types of construction safety accidents have emerged one after another.This also puts forward higher requirements for the theory research and practice of support design and construction management of deep foundation pit.This paper introduces the research status of deep foundation pit in China and abroad,common types of foundation pit support structures and their applicable conditions by combining theoretical guidance with engineering practice.This paper analyzes the common problems and corresponding treatment measures in the construction of foundation pit in China from the aspects of technical feasibility,time saving,economic rationality,quality and safety,and takes the construction organization management of deep foundation pit in a comprehensive building in Nanjing as an example.Considering the characteristics of the project itself,hydrogeological conditions and the actual conditions of the peripheral environment,the paper puts forward the construction management plan of the deep foundation pit in the project,and determines the most reasonable,safe,economical and feasible support construction organization plan.This paper mainly discusses the following points and finally forms the construction organization management plan.1,from the construction design of the project,the appearance of the site,engineering geology,hydrogeological conditions and the surrounding environment to analyze the possible construction organization risks,and take corresponding measures in the organization management;2,according to the results of the analysis,the construction organization structure and layout requirements are compiled;3,according to the results of the analysis,the construction materials control,construction technology,process standards and requirements in the construction organization management plan are put forward,and the construction quality is controlled through organization management;The key points and difficulties of key construction techniques and processes and projects are analyzed and controlled,and corresponding sub-projects are formed.5,the quality,progress,safety and environmental protection in the construction process are analyzed and controlled,and corresponding analysis plans and control requirements are put forward;6,formulated the project organization management corresponding emergency plans and requirements to ensure the smooth completion of the project construction organization.Through the actual construction,the result of this support project is excellent,there is no leakage,the structure is safe,and the deformation of the surrounding roads,pipelines and existing buildings is controlled within the reasonable minimum scope of the specification.It provides an objective and effective reference basis for the support design and construction management of similar deep foundation pits in the future. |
