Therefore, digging and supporting deep foundation fit draw much more attention. On one hand, foundation pits are dug deeper and deeper, which means the level of difficulty in techniques is higher. On the other hand, more and more accidents happen while retaining and protecting foundation fit. For example, large-area land subsidence is caused by underground construction in Fengqing Avenue of Hangzhou. In Wuzhou international project, the unstable of foundation pit caused land subsidence grievous. There is a profound lesson learned from all those accidents, which highlights the importance of engineering and construction of foundation pit. It will make sure not only the supporting structure itself safe in the process of construction, but also need to control the structure change with the soil mass deformation around to ensure the safety of peripheral environment. On the premise of safety, engineering need to be feasible, economic, easy to handle, shorten the lead time. The main point of supporting deep foundation pit is scientific engineering and feasible construction under the actual circumstance. Paper systematically analyzes the development trend of foundation pit, expounding the basic theory of foundation pit engineering and the general principle of foundation pit construction. This paper takes a certain High-rise rural residential building project as an example, according to the actual situation, proposing the solution like:parts of foundation pit should be supported by row pile wall with reinforced concrete together, parts should be supported by composite soil nailing wall with cement mixing piles, step-slope and ejector anchor are also used in practice. Cement mixing piles is specially applied in elevator shaft for retaining and protecting foundation pit. In order to guarantee the engineering and construction of foundation pit proceed smoothly, special program is made and verified by experts. Construction monitor is applied through the whole process of managing construction of foundation pit. All those above measures are the critical factors leads a certain High-rise rural residential building proceed successfully, which provides reference and values for further practice of foundation pit supporting. |
