Since the opening of the Internet era in China,the information and communication industry has being developed rapidly in a couple of decades,especially in recent years.It not only brings various conveniences to people's lives,but also greatly promotes the economic vitality in various services and industries.It can be said that the information and communication industry has become and will continue to be one of the pillar industries in Chinese economic and social development.With commercialization of 5G,for any enterprises,large and small,it brings a huge of opportunities by the information and communication industry,but also come a big challenge.Whether this opportunity can be grasped is related to the future development of the enterprise.Only be well prepared,can an enterprise benefit from it.As a large-scale state-owned enterprise in China,the State Grid has also played a leading role in the development of information technology.Smart grid is the general direction of grid information development.Since the birth of the smart grid concept in 2006,smart grid has made considerable progress along with the development of information and communication industry in about ten years.It is based on a highly integrated and high-speed two-way communication network,with combination of sensing and control technology,measurement technology and advanced decision-making technology to achieve the goal of the grid,providing with more reliable,efficient and economical services.Therefore,many information and communication companies have emerged in the power market and want to seize this opportunity.Relevant information and communication companies want to establish a firm foothold in a complex and volatile market,and need to develop a scientific and practical marketing strategy for themselves.This article takes GD Industry digital company as the research object.This is an innovative enterprise that develops intelligent communication,intelligent software,intelligent hardware,intelligent manufacturing,intelligent detection and intelligent operation and maintenance.Based on theory with practical methods,the marketing strategy of GD Industry digital company is studies in this paper.Firstly,it takes the existing concepts of marketing,the status at home and abroad,and analyzes the marketing strategy of GD Industry digital company.In this paper,with the help of PEST model,Porter's five-force model,the macro environment and micro environment of GD Industry digital company are analyzed.SWOT analysis method is used for clarifying the internal and external competition environment and competitive conditions,advantages and disadvantages of the company.Then applying with STP marketing theory and marketing mix theory for market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning of GD Industry digital company's products are defined.And the GD Industry digital company's marketing strategy from products,prices,channels,promotion are suggested.Finally,in order to ensure the successful implementation of the marketing strategy,the safeguard measures from the aspects of company structure,talent management,technological innovation and corporate culture are proposed and elaborated.Based on the research of marketing strategy of Shenzhen Guodian Company,develops a scientific and feasible marketing strategy for the company from the actual situation,and develops the information communication company in the power industry under the current wave of making informational this paper.Marketing strategy has reference value and inspiration.
