A Study On Village Planning Strategies In Wuhan Based On The Improvement Of Rural Vitality

With the continuous development of the city,the gap between the countryside and the city is getting bigger and bigger.Cities are expanding while villages are declining.China's rural population is huge,and rural land has great potential.The unbalanced development of rural areas has caused many social contradictions.Therefore,it is imperative to revitalize the rural areas and let the rural areas play their due value.This paper combines literature research,theory and practice,combs the research background and literature review of village planning,defines the definition of relevant theories such as rural,rural vitality,and defines the research content.In the exploration of rural vitality,the types of villages in Wuhan are studied.The villages in Wuhan are divided into four types:farming type,industrial type,tourism type and commercial type.The elements of village vitality are extracted,and the elements of village vitality are analyzed from human,architecture and public space.Then,it summarizes and deeply excavates the elements of rural vitality,and establishes the framework of rural vitality evaluation system.The weights of rural vitality evaluation indicators are set up by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The questionnaire of rural vitality is sent to experts for scoring.Finally,the final weights are input into the steadfast analytic hierarchy process(AHP)software and the results of the final weights are obtained.The evaluation criteria of village vitality are formulated,and the guiding role of village vitality evaluation in the study of village planning strategy is summarized.The planning strategy of village planning promotion fully considers the characteristics of villages in Wuhan,and studies the village planning strategy which can enhance the vitality of the countryside from four aspects: rural governance,rural industry,rural culture and rural human settlementsenvironment,so as to realize the revitalization of the countryside.Finally,in the case analysis,the vitality of Dutang Village in Huangpi District of Wuhan City is evaluated,and the conclusion that the vitality of Dutang Village is insufficient is drawn.The reasons for the lack of village vitality are analyzed from the evaluation of village vitality.Finally,combined with the previous study on the planning strategy to enhance the vitality of the countryside and the analysis of the present situation of Dutang village,the paper puts forward the rural planning strategy suitable for Dutang village.The planning strategy to enhance the vitality of Dutang Village is still around people,industry,culture and human settlements.The vitality of Dutang village can not be separated from people.The result of rural planning is that more people are willing to come to the countryside and stay in the countryside.The promotion of rural economy still depends on industry.On the basis of optimizing the primary industry,Dutang Village actively develops tourism and raises villagers' income.The cultural background and charm of the countryside should be preserved by culture.The cultural nodes of "point,line and surface" should be set up in the countryside to build the cultural network of the countryside and increase the attraction of the countryside.The living environment in the village can improve the quality of life through building renovation,environmental renovation and public service facilities.Promoting rural vitality is in line with the strategic requirements of building a beautiful China's rural revitalization,is in line with the perspective of rural construction proposed by the times,and has important practical significance for modern rural construction.
