Prefabricated building is the key to industrialization,energy conservation and environmental protection in the construction industry.It is conducive to improving labor productivity,reducing resource and energy consumption,improving building quality and improving the quality of living environment.It is the future development direction of the construction industry.Prefabricated steel and concrete composite structure is a kind of prefabricated construction,it has good mechanical properties and superior economy,in recent years in the domestic developed regions are widely used in the high-level construction of the residential,office buildings,wall approach has such structure matching with aerated concrete block wall,light eps concrete composite wall,ALC wall and LSP wall,etc.,but the assembly rate is generally lower,the wall heat preservation,heat insulation,sound insulation,such as technical not mature enough,need further research,Among them,LSP wall(Level self-locking panel LSP)is a kind of assembled self-locking horizontal assembly board,which has the characteristics of light weight,high strength and structural insulation integration.It is suitable for the construction of external walls of steel-concrete composite structure system buildings,and it is also suitable for the application of assembled building walls in cold and dry areas.This paper takes no.18 residential building in shanty town of hongxinyuan,hongguang town,helan county,ningxia as an example.LSP wall is used as the research object to study the influence of different frequencies on the sound insulation performance of the wall and indoor sound field.(1)literature review was used to understand the wall structure of the prefabricated composite structure residence,and the factors affecting the sound insulation of the prefabricated wall were analyzed;To investigate the effect of LSP wall application in the area and carry out theoretical research and BIM technology simulation on its structure;Combined with the climatic characteristics of ningxia region,a new LSP wall sound insulation structure design scheme was proposed.(2)three kinds of software UG 10.0,hypermesh14.0 and VA One 2018 are used in combination to simulate and calculate the sound insulation performance of the wall at different frequencies:Use UG10.0 set up three kinds of scheme wall and door model the 3 d model,and the meshing the model into hypermesh 14.0 extraction,respectively to calculate the low frequency noise,intermediate frequency noise and high frequency acoustic modal results,the results of modal import VA One 2018 and enter the acoustic parameters and the choice of acoustic simulation calculation module of the calculation results of sound insulation quantity analysis table,frequency curve and interior sound pressure level is analyzed,comparison.(3)according to the comprehensive evaluation of sound insulation performance and economy,the program selection with better cost performance is given.Through the research,it can be seen that the design scheme of the new sound insulation structure of the LSP external wall is as follows:the sound insulation board of the external wall layer+the bonding mortar of the external wall layer+the LSP wall layer+the plastering mortar of the inner surface layer,and the structure method adopts the silicate sound insulation board;The design scheme of sound insulation structure of the new inner wall is as follows:the decorative board of mineral wool with light loading on the surface layer+the LSP wall board+the decorative board of mineral wool with light loading on the surface layer,and the structural method adopts the decorative board of mineral wool with light loading on the surface layer.The new internal and external wall structure is novel,with good sound insulation performance,good cost performance and meet the requirements of green building standards,which is innovative.
