In recent years,the development of fabricated steel structure buildings in China has become increasingly mature.Efficient and clean construction methods and highly refined construction components have contributed to the sustainable development of China's construction industry.As a vital part of the building's perimeter structure,fa?ades are important to the overall impact of the building.The proportion of assembly of the siding directly determines the total assembly rate of the assembled building.At present,the research on composite exterior wall panels made by decoration,heat preservation and structure is a starting stage at home and abroad.Combined with the localization development and practical application of BIM technology in China,a series of BIM independent software and plug-ins such as PKPM,Luban software and family library masters are mature.It provides good technical support for the refined research and design of exterior wall construction for Chinese construction practitioners.It makes it possible to carry out in-depth and refined design of the fabricated building exterior wall structure system based on the BIM platform.In this paper,through the investigation of the composite siding type and the application in the fabricated steel structure building,the BIM technology platform is used to study the composite siding structural system of the fabricated steel structure residential building.A set of solutions integrating the new composite siding's own construction technology,wall slab beam-column connection technology,production and installation process has been formed.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are:1.Investigate the current status of the application of fabricated building exterior wall panels.Investigate from two types of types and application cases of fabricated building siding.Summarize the many problems existing in the application of exterior wall panels: thermal performance of exterior wall panels;environmental and assembly efficiency problems caused by on-site wet construction;cracking of the facing layer and shedding of insulation layers;reliability of wall structure;The adjustability problem of the flexible connection between the wall panel and the main structure.2.The structure of the new composite siding is proposed,especially the anchor used in the combination of the thermal insulation decorative layer and the base layer.The connection system between the outer wall panel and the main structure is proposed to have a full three-dimensional adjustable connection system.The system reduces the difficulty of installation and at the same time achieves the adjustability of the siding of the outer wall panel.The thermal performance of the new composite siding was analyzed and optimized by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The visual design of the connection system is carried out through BIM software,and the production and installation process of the external wall panel is illustrated in detail.3.Determine the connection method between the outer wall panel and the main structure: the vertical panel is externally attached.Based on the BIM technology platform,the large-scale and detailed nodes of the riser external wall system are designed.The representative structural large sample and its three-dimensional BIM model are selected for research,and the practical application of the vertical riser plugging system is provided for the application of the new composite exterior wall panel.In the process of perfecting the structural design of the fabricated steel structure residential wall panel system based on BIM technology,a large number of BIM family libraries of various types of outer panels were established.Virtual construction is combined with the case.The external wall panels are numbered in order to facilitate unitized packaging and transportation.The unit installation sequence of the outer wall panel and the installation order in the unit are proposed.Choose Fuzor-Construction software as the platform for virtual construction.The detailed process of the external wall panel from the factory to the transportation to the actual installation is displayed.
