The Hebei branch of the construction and Management Bureau of the central line of the south to North Water Transfer Project has jurisdiction over 19 sluices.The design flow is 50%of the design flow of the main canal section.It is mainly responsible for the function of the water transfer accident gate.Once the main canal dispatching is abnormal and the emergency dispatch is started,it is necessary to open the gate to ensure the normal channel of the main canal.Water runs,however,with the long running water of the trunk trunk of the middle line,some water retreat Gates also play a task for the local rivers,lakes and urban landscape,and the automatic control system of the retreating gate is particularly important.This paper takes the Qilihe retreating sluice as the research object,and analyzes the conventional control efficiency of the conventional PID.Under the condition of large opening adjustment of the gate and the change of water level,the conventional PID control system has the disadvantages of poor performance,poor robustness,large overshoot,stable time and long delay time,which seriously restrict the efficiency of scheduling and the reduction of scheduling cost,and conventional PID control.The system needs to be further optimized to improve the control efficiencyAiming at some problems in the control of channel flow change,such as it is difficult to determine the exact mathematical model and the influence of environmental interference on the wind and rain weather,this paper puts forward a fuzzy self-tuning PID control system combined with the practice of scheduling.The control system uses fuzzy logic control to correct PID parameters online,and select reasonable PID parameters to make the whole system achieve the best control effect.Through the research on the core component of the control system of the fuzzy self setting PID control system,the application and analysis of the system field bus Profibus-DP,the monitoring configuration software SCADA,the main functional requirements of the retreating gate monitoring system,the overall system structure and the system process design,have been realized,and the field data are realized.Collection,alarm,gate remote control,data storage and query,report print and other functions,completed the PLC main control cabinet,remote I/O control cabinet and the installation of power cabinet,put into operation.Finally,the control effect of conventional PID control and fuzzy self tuning PID control is compared by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.The result shows that the gate control system based on fuzzy self-tuning PID has better tracking performance,less overshoot,shorter adjustment time and stronger robustness.
