The interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)has the advantages of small electromagnetic torque ripple coefficient,fast dynamic response,stable operation and great overload capacity.However,the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor is a complex multi-variable nonlinear system,and the traditional linear control method is difficult to ensure its operating quality.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,this dissertation focuses on the nonlinear control methods of interior permanent magnet synchronous motors,focusing on how to use nonlinear algorithms such as active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)and passivity-based control(PBC)to improve the system’s dynamic response and anti-interference ability.This dissertation first analyzes the three coordinate systems of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,constructs its mathematical model in a two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system,and explains the basic principle of vector control and the method to achieve the maximum torque per ample(MTPA).Establish the basis for the following passive control and active disturbance rejection control.Passivity-based control has the advantages of clear physical meaning,easy adjustment of fewer parameters and stable system structure.Therefore,this dissertation starts with the energy equation of motor.The port-controlled Hamiltonian with dissipation(PCHD)of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor is established.The damping interconnection parameters are configured based on the system equilibrium point.The source controller improves the system performance and effectively improves the running quality of the motor.In order to improve the anti-interference ability of the system,the ADRC isintroduced,which has the characteristics of "error-based elimination of errors".By designing three parts of tracking differentiator,extended state observer and nonlinear state error feedback,the ADRC has the ability of tracking-observing-compensation.The internal parameter changes and external interference of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are regarded as the total disturbance of the system for observation and compensation,and it does not depend on the characteristics of the mathematical model of the control object to improve the anti-interference ability.Therefore,the designed controller effectively eliminates the overshoot,shortens the adjustment time,and improves the system’s dynamic response capability.Simulate the two algorithms in Matlab/Simulink environment,and compare them according to the experimental results to obtain the best system parameters.At the same time,analyze the respective advantages of the algorithm,take active disturbance rejection control as the speed loop,and passivity-based control as the current.Design an improved ADRC-PBC strategy.Based on the simulation,this dissertation uses TMS320F28335 as the main control chip to design a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive controller.At the same time,the main hardware circuit in the controller is designed,and the main program and interrupt program of the control software are described.Finally,based on the experimental results,the application value of the algorithms proposed in this dissertation is verified in the PMSM speed control system.
