At present,AC drive is an important transmission method in modern industrial production.With the increase of production requirements,the requirements for the motor control system are getting higher and higher.Therefore,it is necessary to study the motor and control strategy.In recent years,with the development of permanent magnet materials,power electronics and so on,permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has been widely used in many fields.However,because of PMSM’s high-order,nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics,and there are a lot of uncertain factors in the AC control system,people cannot obtain high-quality control results by conventional control methods.Large change of load and time-varying parameters are two major factors that affect the performance of the control system.Good control strategies are nonlinear control methods or integrated nonlinear control methods,so that there are faster dynamic response and higher dynamic and static accuracy in the system.The PMSM can be seen as a two-port energy conversion device,which is a typical passivity-based system.PMSM is modeled based on the principle of Port-controlled Hamiltonian System with Dissipation(PCHD).The controller is designed by using Interconnection and Damping Assignment Passivity-based Control(IDA-PBC).The designed controller has the advantages of global stability,no singularity,less parameters,simple design and so on.At present,the methods based on passivity control have attracted widespread attention from researchers in control scope.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The double closed-loop control system based on passivity of PMSM is studied.The PI speed regulator is used in traditional passivity-based control system of PMSM.When there is the disturbance in system,the system is less robust.In order to improve system’s robustness,Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC)speed regulator is used.Using speed sensorless technology,an speed observer based on Extended State Observer(ESO)is designed to observe the actual speed of the motor.(2)Considering the design of passive-based controller,combining PBC method and robust control method,a robust passive-based controller is designed to enhance system robustness.The integral sliding mode(SM)speed regulator based on power-function is adopted.Because the load torque can not be directly measured,the load torque observer is used to estimate the actual torque.The composite control strategy is composed of the SM speed regulator and the load torque observer.The robust passive-based control system based on the composite control strategy of PMSM is signed.
